If I could give zero stars, I would. I?ve never been to a worse Sonic. We waited 5 minutes after pushing the button before we... realized nobody had answered to take our order. We should have taken that as a sign and left but we decided to go through thedrive. We waited there for at least a minute before saying ?hello?? and someone came back and asked us to wait a moment (insteadof saying that from the start). We ended up waiting for our food for over 30 minutes. When we finally got back to our hotel, themeat on my hamburger was actually hard (it looked / tasted old), my husband?s burger was also terrible, there was no fork (forchili cheese tots), no ranch that was supposed to be with the Ched ?R? Peppers and no napkins. We ended up throwing everything(mainly our money) away and went somewhere else to get food. I?d definitely avoid this place. Read more

Unfortunately I cannot tell you how the food service or atmosphere was at this location. I said it the little kiosk outside... waiting on somebody to come out to my car for 20 minutes and never got a response had to drive off and leave. I don't know whatwas going on in that little town but at 8:00 all the restaurants were closed down except for drive-throughs. In your defenseyour restaurant was packed. One of the best things about sonics is there creamy milkshakes until I came to this sonics omg my daughter spent 30 bucks for... hard chicken and I don't know what was in the milkshakes it felt unidentifiable. Don't waste your money or the time. When we gothome we tried to call the establishment and all we get is a busy signal. Ridiculous. Ordered a #1. The burger was burnt. I could not bite through it. Went back through the drive through and got another... burnt burger. I was so mad I threw it on the ground. I should have kept it and threw it in the girls face running the drivethru. I do not see how these restartaraunts can afford to have employees providing this type of service. The whole staffincluding the manager should be fired. You should not be getting paid if you do not care enough to do your job. This is why youwill be replaced by robots. Terrible experience at this location. The stalls to park and order were closed so you have to go through the drive-thru. We were... asked to hold to order. After several minutes of sitting there no one told us to order. Finally someone came on the intercom,and we told him our order. He asked us to repeat it multiple times and still could not understand what we wanted. We ended updriving up to the window area to tell him what we wanted(2 #15?s with medium tot one with a bottle of water and one with mediumiced coffee). The total he gave us was also about $4 less than what it should have been. He took our card to pay and then cameback to the window again to ask us what type of burrito. Then another worker came to the window and said they needed to knowwhat we wanted to order. We politely asked for our card back told them we did not want the food and left. Having been to severalSonic locations this was by far the worst experience we have had and will not be returning. Read more
