Went in bought a 5$ coffee went back in parking lot in front of store to do some work on my laptop and didn?t know Starbucks... Covid policy so I drank my coffee went back in 10 minutes later for refill was told the store manger Ben policy was thatcustomers need to sit in store to get refill . So they tried to charge me 5$ for a whole another coffee I left and called servelother Starbucks including east north street and Greer and travel rest Starbucks and was told that that is not policy the policyis if you leave Starbucks parking lot then try to come back later you are no eligible to get a refill seems to me like storemanger Ben and other mangers under him are making up false store policy?s and making their own rules safe to say I will notreturn to that store and I choose to sit in my car park directly in front of store due to I have a weak immune system from ablood disorder Read more

I go to Starbucks every morning on my way to work, and this morning I was picking up an order for a co worker as well as my own.... They accidentally made the drinks grande and since I was grabbing for a co worker I always make sure to get what they asked forso I said oh no those are actually suppose to be venti so they remade the drinks, which was nice of them, but they were missingthe syrup. This ?mistake? seemed as if it was on purpose because they showed it in their facial expressions that I was anextreme inconvenience. Starbucks is not cheap. I was not rude in any way, and now I?m upset. I ended up with drinks that tasteawful. Very poor customer service and I will never be back! Read more
