Staff were very friendly and informative with the menu. The drinks came out incredibly fast and tasted delicious!
I stood there for about 10 minutes while both barista's were oblivious to my presence and continued with their heads down... preparing coffee. When I finally approached the counter the female barista snapped at me to move back without bothering to offerany information on where to stand to place an order of coffee. We ended going to Spill the Beans where I was instantly greetedwith a smile and my order was taken without feeling ignored. Read more

Have we lost all HUMAN DECENCY! On Memorial Day(May 31st, 2021) I went in to this Starbucks as I do most weekends, and purchased... a bagel, while waiting I asked the cashier for the restroom code he replied, our restroom is closed but there?s one open acrossthe street next to the restaurant and near the elevator, I said, great!! Thank you very much. The shift manager walked over tohim and said, next time just tell the customer our restroom is closed, do not give them directions to any restroom. I heardevery word. I said, that?s not very nice! I told the cashier that he did nothing wrong by helping me and I?m sure othercustomers would greatly appreciate his help as well. The shift manager walked straight to the back and out of site. Why is thismanager teaching him to be RUDE and unhelpful? Is this the message we want to send to our youth? My father works for the city of Greenville. While on his lunch break I suggested he go here to grab a coffee and get some cool... air. He went in and before him was a Caucasian male who had to use the restroom and was speaking to a Caucasian male before himat the counter about the location of the restroom, so my father decided he himself would go to the restroom before he had acoffee and sit down. As he approached the Caucasian male with a beard, he asked the Caucasian male cashier where the restroomwas located ? The cashier replied and stated they did not have a public restroom. My father stated to the cashier that he worksfor the city of Greenville literally outside the door and across the street and was planning on making a purchase but needed touse the restroom first. The cashier said to my father that they still don?t have public restrooms. My father then asked him whyis he considered public when the Caucasian male before him did not make a purchase and my father witnessed the cashierexplaining the location of the restroom. The cashier refused the directions to my father. I regret sending him there to betreated in such a poor manner. Not only is he an employee of Greenville but he was a potential paying customer who had neverbeen to Starbucks and was going because I frequent Starbucks and he wanted some coffee and cool place until his break was over.I am very disappointed with the customer service here and I guess you purchase coffee while black but the restrooms must be for?.
