Most employees are very friendly, others tend to ignore you completely. Most of the time my drink is correct and the store is... always clean and organized well. Read more

Rude kinda all the time. Asked if they could check to see if my drink was in their system and she said yes and just kept going... about her day. I realized they are busy but maybe customer service needs to be trained here. Read more

The staff were kind and helpful. And the breakfast food surprised me at how good it was.

Went in to grab a cold brew and the cash teller said they only have hot drip coffee, as in, that's all they serve there. She... was kind of rude with no explanation of why they only had hot drip. There are signs all over the place with cold brew optionsbut they don't serve them apparently. Read more

I really hate leaving a poor remark, but the staff here has been unfriendly on more than one occasion. As I was browsing the... menu I told the lady behind me to go ahead. She ordered 4 drinks and the gentleman that took my order had to make them as wellas they were short staffed. The other person behind counter was stocking. I would call her a lady but she did NOT act likeone. After he made her drinks he took my order. She got back in line and proceeded to ask how much cups where and get pricechecks on several things while I patiently waited for them to even start making my drink. 10 minutes go by after I place myorder and I polity asked the girl if she would make my drink bc I could no longer wait. She told me it was just the 2 of themand I needed to wait. Once she started making my drink she angrily slung a milk carton halfway down the counter! She placed mydrink on counter finally and when I told her thank you she intentionally ignored me, so I repeated myself. RUDE. Sorry that youare overworked hun but stocking should not have taken priority over timely service or the manners you left at home. Read more

Overworked and understaffed crew on a Tuesday morning put an espresso shot in my green tea... completely ruined it and of course... I don't get to even taste it till I'm on the road so no way to fix it and to top it off they won't awnser the phone... now Idon't blame the person that took my order or even the barista that didn't bother to read my cup (was not marked for any shots) IBlame The Managment that I seriously doubt is paying the barista a living wage and understaffed a SB on a Tuesday Morning at 9am!!!!!! The line was long and no social distancing was enforced at all In A Hospital!! So that's a HUGE Managment Fail x3 inmy book and I will be calling later when its slower and Managment is actually there (way to hard to be there for the Morningshift while understaffed) Btw what happened to the barista that takes your order being the same one to make your drinks? Isthat not how SB used to work? When did that change? Read more

The staff here stood out. Most Starbucks locations seem to busy to give customers the time of day but both employees I dealt... with were very friendly. I wasn't sure what I wanted to order and the cashier suggested the Carmel apple spice. I loved itand now have a great alternative when I'm not feeling the traditional java. I also like that Starbucks is carrying a goodselection of breakfast sandwiches. Read more

I usually get the Caramel Apple Spice but I did a regular coffee this time. The blonde roast coffee with almond milk is perfect!... ? Heaven in a cup! I love the whole grain oatmeal with the nuts, berries and brown sugar. I would eat it every morning if Icould! Read more
