I absolutely hate their parking lot (weirdly shaped)but once you get in the parking lot, the wait isn't too long. The food was... fresh but just not filling ????. The staff were SO rude, i never even leave any kind of ratings or comments but i have no choice with this one. Saying the staff... were rude is such an understatement, it's honestly giving them too much credit. Especially the lady in drive thru. She actedlike we were the problem, along with the 3 separate people in front of us that we witnessed be treated the same way, sheliterally huffed and puffed the whole time and loudly said she "wished all these people would leave bc she wasnt in the mood forall these people tonight and she was going to just quit". Went there today to try and get my favorite item the deluxe cravings box. WHICH WAS STILL ON THE MENU OF THE DRIVE THRU. the... person at the drive thru did not speak clearly and when my mother asked her to repeat what she said . Not always do I get nice service at Taco Bell but this day I did and am truly thankful. My day wasn't going so good I had lost... my bank card and was looking everywhere even went to the the car twice. They was completely patient and totally understanding. Aplus I wasnt sure what I had ordered but was happy with my choice. I've never been happy with any of Taco Bells prices they area little over priced but this moment I was okay with the total of my meal.. may definitely be going back if so in hopes of thesame generous service. Although I have had bad experiences here, I want to recognize the fact that tonight we went through the drive thru close to... 11pm. The man (not sure if he was a manager or not) let us know that there would be a wait for food because there was only himand one other person who was new. We were fine with that and appreciated him being up front with us and politely at that! Heasked us to pull up to the front and he would bring our food out...also fine with that. He brought out our food and wasprofessional from beginning to end! Got home and all the food was fresh and good!! Just want to shout out the 2 man crew workingfor their patience and professionalism!! This place always makes me sad. Everytime I go through the drive thru I?m missing atleast one item from my order and it?s on the... receipt which means I paid for it. If I get a receipt? I think 2 out of 20 of my tacos have been fresh and edible without aspoon or hand shovel. They?re messy, gunk all over the bag, overstuffed bag. The staff are friendly usually though. And theremeat is significantly better then a lot of Taco Bell?s I?ve been too. Just check your order before you drive away.
