Great food and great hospitality! It took a while to get our orders though and we were the only people inside.
We came inside just to order 2 drinks. Ended up standing at the counter for awhile now, while employees are chatting around in... the back and listening to loud music. A customer came in with a bag of food an was helped right away. Apparently this poorguy waited in the drive-thru line an then got the wrong order. I just wanted to get 2 drinks an be on my way. When I asked anemployee if there was anyone working the counter I got the reply of yeah what do you want. My response was just to order 2drinks. Then was told... I'm busy right now. I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but the negative customer serviceis really uncalled for. I understand yall are busy, but it's not hard to take care of the customers and not be rude about it Read more

So, I hadn?t been to this Taco Bell in like two years, cause at one point they weren?t the best location. I also wanted to wait... until I had been back here a couple of time before I wrote a review, in case the good experiences I had were a one off or afluke. I don?t think they were. I?ve had 3 completely awesome experiences here over the past 2 weeks. Food has been perfect, andeven immaculately presented. Service has been great, just all around good experiences. I?m not sure what changed at thislocation, but it was definitely for the better. They?re rockstars now. Read more
By far the worst fast food experience I?ve had. Ordered about $30 worth of food and received the skimpiest tacos I?ve ever seen.... On top of the disappointing food, we also did not receive our drinks. Once we rode back up to the store to talk about a refund,the manager and kitchen staff were SO unprofessional about the whole situation. To end off this review, I?d like to add that wepaid the girl at the window, sat there for about 15 minutes and the SAME GIRL opened the window and asked us what we needed. Ourfood. Our food is what we need, girl. Some people aren?t cut out for this industry and whoever was at this location on 2/16/22around 11pm shouldn?t be working there anymore. Read more
Ordered a power bowl at the drive thru and customized the bowl to have SHREDDED CHICKEN (they upcharged me) and added onions. As... you can see, the chicken is NOT SHREDDED. The bowl is very soupy. Very little lettuce, and SWIMMING in black beans, literallyblack bean juice is saturating all ingredients. This is my go-to order for TB but the worst I've ever been served. This Taco Bell i visited twice and both experiences was terrible. But this last time i visited put the cherry on the shake. The... store was completely understaffed and was very rude to not only the customers but to each other. I secondly want to say thatwhen another customer informed them of the unfit bathrooms and that they needed to be attended to further acknowledgement wasnot given.Lastly, i would like to say that i observed the restrooms myself and unfit the did seem. Also i can say that during myfirst visit employees was very rude as well. Read more
Honestly, sometimes the service isn't always perfect, but overall I've had a pleasant experience. They always get my food right... too. The location is great, but getting in and out can be complicated when there is heavy traffic. Overall I give them fivestars for food and customer service. Read more
