We ordered pick up late on a Friday night after a long day and football game. Staff were closing but super friendly let me in... had it ready and food was excellent. Pulling up, the parking lot was riddled with trash. The ashtray and trash cans were overflowing with trash. Once entering the... vestibule, we had to wait several minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The floor was very slick, like it had been mopped witha greasy mop. The men's room floor was freshly mopped, and very wet. There wasn't a single wet floor sign to be seen. The serveracted like it was a bother to wait on us. We ordered a flat iron steak and a burger entree. The steak was to be MR & the burgerMW. They reversed the items and sent a MW steak & MR burger. What made it worse was the server never came to check on us, butdid ask if everything was good, as he strolled by with food for another table. He left that table and went a different routeaway from our table. The next time we saw our server was when he took the other table more water. He had a plastic bar cup ofwater that he refilled their drinks with, and then stopped and poured what was left into the closet cup to him at our table,even though my cup was empty. We declined dessert and he brought the check. This place has gone down hill terribly. I'm notupset that I'm moving to an area where there isn't a TGI's. Read more
To begin, the service was very unprofessional, I dropped my fork and I had to stop to ask for it twice and the food had already... arrived on the table, then the knife was dirty (see photo) before and after me clean it ... We went in at about 630 and the place was nearly empty. That made us a little bit concerned. When we got inside, we were seated... right away by Jay and he was the friendliest sweetest person you could ever ask for. He immediately took our order. Our foodcame out quickly, and it was hot and delicious. He constantly checked on us. He made sure we had everything we needed, and eventhough he was Running the bar taking orders seating people as the place began to fill up he had the greatest attitude.
