Most of the food was delicious, but the service left something to be desired. We had to ask for soy sauce several times. One of... the forks fell on the floor, and we had to ask for the fork to be replaced several times. The server dropped off food andimmediately left. She did not stay long enough to see if we needed any other items to accompany our appetizers or entrees. As Imentioned before, most of the food was good. Went Friday night (10/20) after a two-year hiatus. Very impressed with the modern updates to the restaurant, including the menu... and decor. The food was absolutely tasty and tasted better than before. The food presentation and prices surely gives PFChang’s a run for its buck. My only criticism was the service. We received our food after others who were seated after us. Ourserver, Jessica L., did minimal table touches and didn’t ask about our meals or offer anything. Whether touches were swift andcold. This is our second time eating here and it was great again! Food tasted really good and just about got more than we could eat.... Food came out without any delay. Another huge plus left my card card by accident with the slip. When I came back afterdiscovering it was missing they had secured it so nothing would happen to it till I returned. We got the secret Chinese menu and ordered the big plate chicken. It was really yummy and authentic! I’m only giving a 3 star... review because the waitress was not friendly at all. She barely interacted with us. I still left a 15% tip as a courtesy but Iwish I left zero. Other servers there seemed very nice though. Read more
We stopped in on Friday for lunch. It was a beautiful afternoon so it was a little busy. Our waiter was attentive and knew the... menus very well. Everything was tasty and fresh. I would like to return for dinner to sample more of the menu. Read more
I went for a healthy meal and got the Wok balance Chicken and shrimp in teriyaki. Had to order extra teriyaki to have the flavor... for more of my liking since it isn’t really seasoned. My fiancé got the wok fried shrimp meal in sesame sauce and he loved it(I should’ve got that instead of trying to be healthy lol). My daughter got the kids sweet and sour chicken which is herfavorite. The spring roll (not pictured) was delicious and served with a chili sauce instead of duck sauce. Great service aswell! I travel for a living and lived in a lot of places. This is the first time in my life I've ordered this dish, and not been given... or offered soy sauce. It guess it goes without saying I didn't receive a fortune cookie. However, The service and wait timecame with a complimentary 2 stars. Two stars because the girl at the register was pretty sweet, but the others outweighed theoverall score. Lastly, the atmosphere was mediocre, and not very welcoming. This restaurant didn't give Main St Greenvillevibes, but more or less Whitehorse Road, speaking of which, I've received better service. The service, and wait time came witha complimentary 2 stars.
