We were initially very excited for this location to open because it was so close to our house, but unfortunately, their food and... service has not been good lately. They?ve over charged my husband twice now and their chicken (and veggies, sometimes) is verysalty, sometimes to the point where you can?t even eat it, which was the case on our most recent trip. My husband ordered alarge side of chicken and is charged for a large side, but they give him a small side and it looks like the chicken that was atthe very bottom of the pan, as it?s mushy and EXTREMELY salty. My husband didn?t even want to feed it to our dog. To themanager; if this is the chicken you have left at the end of the night, perhaps you should just tell people who are ordering thatyou?re out of chicken because this was inedible. Read more

The food was excellent I will recommend anyone to go back there. I love getting salmon bowl they cook it just the way you like... it. My granddaughter had the classic bowl. Tropical grill is definitely one of our favorites to visit and this one did not disappoint! Great customer service here and... friendly staff. We pretty much stick to our favorite vegetarian rice bowl, and it?s so good! We love getting the sweet plantainstoo and the garlic cilantro sauce is sooo good! Read more
Really clean place. The staff there was friendly and nice. The food was made quick. Good location it was pretty easy to get in... and out. TG is probably one of my favorite food chains. It would be nice to have one closer to the house. The sauces areMONEY!! Read more
Who manages this place? I ate here a couple of months ago and all of the nice one and helpful ones are gone. I see and hear... nasty or uninvolved tropical grille people any time I eat there now. It is not busy at all, yet my order takes forever to get tome. Then I notice they forget my guacamole when I got home. The quality of people working there has really gone down hill. Ifyou spend more time talking to your manager or supervisor than you do taking care of me when I'm there, I won't be thereanymore. Your company culture is negative. Read more
