Let me start by stating the waitress does not need to work with the public she never came by and refilled our drinks when the... person I was with asked for me bacon because hers was so burnt it was not fit to eat she mumbled under her breath she should hassaid something already! Someone needs to teach her the etiquettes of dealing with customers and customer service. I will nevergo back there and I will suggest to anyone that asks if you want good service do not go there. Came here late last night with some friends. they seemed to be a little bit busy and the waitress was visibly upset. We waited... for a while to be greeted and the cook ended up running our food. I didn't get half of the food I ordered, and the waitressnever checked on us to see if we got our food. She was also yelling at the cooks, which was a bit unsettling for us. The food Iactually got tasted good and was cooked properly. I work in the service industry so I am very sympathetic, but her behavior wasunprofessional and she essentially ignored us the whole time we were there. Read more
Saw the waitress clean a table (picking up dirty napkins and dishes etc) take them behind the counter and she never washed her... hands but did rub nose a time or two. Please teach employees to wash hands often! Waffle House is amazing but nastiness is not! Read more
Omg one of the Best Waffle House my family & I have been to. Had attend the gospel concert this past weekend & decide to finish... it with this Waffle House up the street & around the corner "hidden gem". The 2 guys as the cooks need a raise they didexcellent handling the concert crowd coming & the waitress were just as nice. Wish I can come there unfortunately I reside inOrangeburg. Food was a 10/10! This waffle house is the absolute worst place to attempt to have a meal. I went there on a Friday afternoon for a late lunch.... Half of the restaurant was roped off. There were six employees standing around talking about whatever. There were no customersother than myself and an elderly couple who walked in just in front of me. It took 10 minutes for someone to come and take mydrink order and then another five minutes before my meal order was placed. I watched no one took action. It took another 10minutes and I finally had enough and got up to leave. I told Lasane the shift leader to cancel my order . They genuinely seemedsurprised that I was leaving. I will never step foot in this place again. As I was leaving I noticed half of the crew outbacksmoking and doing God knows what else. If I could leave a fraction of a star I would. Read more
