This place was terrible today. I usually go there with my wife and I never have any problems. Today, I went to go get my wife &... myself some lunch. First they made me wait for over 10 minutes. On my order, I made it a large meal and after I left the placeand got my meal, they gave me 10 fries and 1 Zaxby's sauce for the 2 meals. Why charge me for the large meal when you are onlygoing to give me 10 fries? I tried to call the store and their phone line is disconnected. This is ludicrous and I hope thatCorporate goes to fix the issue. It is wrong to have employees charging customers for the food but not giving them their worthof food that they are paying for. This is second time in a year that I have gone to this Zaxby's in Taylor's and the customer service is terrible. I drive up and... the guy just gives me a total no hello, no repeating of my order. I pay for what I hope is my order. I get my food handed to meand when he hands me my drink he pours the over flow out of the cup right as he is handing it to me and then gives it to me withcoke dripping every where, does not offer to wipe it off or anything. I have never been so disappointed, I ordered 10pc Chicken Supper Strips and regular fries ( with extra seasoning) ...I got... home ready to eat and my chicken was like trying to eat rubber or pack a dog's trying to rip meat off a dead carcass.. it wasthat tough, so needless to say they gave me chicken that had been sitting for a Hot Minute and my fries was cold and hardly anyseasoning on them . This place is horrible, against my better judgement, I gave it one more try today and they just can't get it right ! Ordered 10... piece boneless wings, got it home it was a 5 piece with fries. Called their phone number 3 times letting it ring for a long timebut no one answers ! Train your people to OPEN the container and CHECK it with the order, why is that MY job to make sure it'sright !! witnessed the wrong order being handed out to the wrong customer in drive thru in front of me .The driver handed the food to the... passenger in that car and they drove off and then bagged back after realizing the order was wrong to return the order. Theemployee took the food back from the customer and walked back inside. I was at the drive thru window waiting on my order so iseen the employee only return back inside to get the drinks for the car that was waiting in the parking lot and returned backout side with the same food that was given to another car and gave it to the people waiting. They never replaced the food hejust went in like he exchanged it grabed drinks and returned back outside to give it to them. This was very disturbing to seebeing the people in front of me was digging all through the food before returning it. I got a chicken finger plate with a side of fries and slaw. I have only been here once, so I can only speak for this experience.... The tenders were small and dry. The fries were cold and soggy. The bread was not fresh. It was pretty clear to me the food hadbeen sitting out for a while, and that they served me old food instead of cooking a fresh batch. I won?t return to thislocation. I went here for lunch because I just wanted there fries and cheese bites I have had issues... here but I going to try again now the staff is nice but the food is always old when I come so specifically ask for my fries tobe extra crispy so the would make them fresh and what I get some old fries once again the cheese bites were hot and fries cold.I am so done with this place.
