Hot and Fresh loved the taste of the sandwich I chose. I don't go here often, but when I have the food has always been delicious
Food was great as was the service. My daughter enjoyed playing in the indoor play area as we waited for our food and after... eating as well. The indoor play area was very clean which I appreciated. The staff was very friendly and polite. Read more
Probably the worst chick fil-a I have ever been to, they always get the orders wrong, the first time they got my order wrong 3... times in the same day!!! ???? they close the earliest out of all other chick fil-As they have their chick fil a sign offstarting at 7pm ????. This evening the guy that gave me my food wanted to argue on the size of the drink I had order before heran my card. I had to just tell ?i need it large, charge it large?, also he called my Maria because I?m Hispanic when I hadspelled out my name to the guy that took my order. E-V-A . Greenville needs another chick fil-a because these guys just can?thandle the heavy flow of the business they are getting to be honest they are making Chick-fil -A look bad. Read more
Fast and clean! The food is usually pretty fresh. Staff is pretty friendly and quick to assist. Does get pretty busy around... lunch so arrive little earlier or you?ll be in a interesting wrap around line. Large seating area too! A good staple chick fila. Read more
I don?t eat here often, and when I do it?s usually another location.. Time and time again, when I eat at this location, while my... order is correct, and the people are polite (hence 3 stars instead of 2), my food is subpar. It?s usually either lukewarm,thrown together sloppily, or the chicken feels hard and overcooked. I have attached pics of my most recent visit. I didn?t wait20 minutes for food just to have this burnt chicken and cold fries. So disappointing that I still have to continue to drive toSulphur Springs for a good Chick-fil-A sandwich ???? Food Quality and Customer Service are Top-Notch. The Location, Traffic, and Parking can be frustrating. Usually this location... is fast, but during a rush (especially at lunch) traffic and the line can get ridiculous. The good news is that regardless ofhow busy they are, they are always organized, clean, and serve high quality food! My last trip there after the remodel, I spent30 minutes line during a lunch rush. I always receive amazing customer service at this location. At the speaker the guy was super nice(wish I would?ve gotten his... name), and at the window Larissa served me with the biggest smile and was so polite. Just goes to show that chick fil a does andalways will have the best customer service!! From the rockwall area but Greenville cfa is my favorite!! Read more
