Service was incredibly slow. The couple in front of us had been standing there for a while without even being acknowledged. ... Then the girl who did wait on us was very hard to understand because she was talking so fast and low without making eye contact.The entire dining room was a mess. No one was smiling or happy and not only was this the very first time I?ve ever been to aChipotle?s, it will probably be the last. 2nd slowest chipotle I have ever been to alongside odessa. Rice is under cooked everytime. Lack of urgency is painful to watch.... When I arrived to pick it up somebody yelled they needed theconfirmation code. ((( Three weeks ago I was seated by the pick up shelf and saw an endless stream of people walk straight inand pick their food up and walk straight out.))) The inquirer continued to assist behind the counter never offering assistance(for over 10 minutes!) as to where I might find the confirmation code as I searched my phone...... the website should CLEARLYSTATE TO RETRIEVE THE CONFIRMATION CODE FROM YOUR EMAIL......frustration and cold food were the results tonight...... ???????? The service was bad. I had to wait over 15 minutes to get served and I was the first in line. They were making online order and... the people that walked in from out of the rain was ignored. Not even an I will be with you in a minute. I asked for cheese andwas told that it was only for online orders but I would have to pay the same amount. No thank you the cheese is one of the bestparts.
