To the owners of KFC franchise: If I could I would give it no stars, I know it?s fast food, but there is minimum standard that... you guys must follow and I normally don?t enjoy giving negative reviews as I know the food service can be brutal, but this placeneeds to be shut down, cleaned with wire brushes, a LOT of soap, bleach and degreaser, and re-opened. Placed my order online,drove to the drive through, when I get there they told me I have to walk in, couldn?t give it to me going to the drivethrough. When I walked in the restaurant my order was NOT ready but on my app it said it was, they didn?t bother to tell methey were out of the items I ordered. However they market it complete. May I add there was 1 person going through thedrive-through 2 people inside the fast food restaurant ( myself and another customer) There were 4 employees and 1 employeecoming in (5 workers total) three orders and they couldn?t get it right or fry more CHICKEN! The place needs to be inspected bythe health department, smelled like old grease, the floors were disgusting, and I get it, floors do get dirty after a full dayin a restaurant, however that floor hasn?t seen water and bleach in months! It should be washed not mopped, every night. Notonly they were out of chicken, they mixed up my order with the other person that also ordered online and a simple ?what is thename on your order!? Would have solved some of issues. The Poor girl that tried to help me was trying her best, but not a lotof training on what to do, when she asked for a manager she wasn?t sure who to call, so she looked at the kid taking drivethrough orders and he said I had to do it online. The ?manager? I think she was the manager, was running around like a chickenwithout a head. She desperately needs training and more support from the higher ups. The customer service was nice but it took over an hour to receive our order. The food is good a little pricey.
Don't go here. Ordered #4 on menu. Only half of my chicken was original. Rest tasted like it barely had any original seasoning... on it. One piece was over cooked and hard. Biscuit was hard and barely edible. Read more
Came to Greenville to visit family. Ordered on line. That was difficult. One lady opened door at 10:38 am. She wasn't happy to... be there. Our server pulled up my order. One reg, one crispy. It came up One dark. Not what I ment to order. She was fine fixingit. Read more
I wish 1 could give no stars. Worst chicken I have ever had. The leg literally tasted as if it had been microwaved for 10... minutes several times. I could not bite into it!!! It was the size of a silver dollar in circumference. The mashed potatoestasted sour. Colonel Sanders is probably turning over in his grave! We got it to go....didn't have time to go back. Read more
Terrible customer service we ordered a couple of meals and asked for Mac and cheese and after we pulled off we noticed it was... missing so went back and explained that it was missing and the lady kept asking us over and over what we ordered tried to tellus that it didn?t come with 2 sides (it did) she was VERY RUDE kept rolling her eyes never apologized for not putting our Mac mecheese in the bag and then had another lady that came and brought us the Mac and cheese and just pushed it out of the windowwithout even saying anything and on top of all that the FOOD SUCKED it was all old. 7/17 went by KFC to order my husband some lunch to find the door locked however the drive-thru was open. I'm not a fan, order is... never correct when you get home. Sure enough I wasn't thinking when I paid as to what they actually were charging. Ordered a 3piece Nashville Hot Tenders, got a 5 piece...I'm not complaining, it will get eaten. What I wanted to do is give cudos to theonly 3 people that showed up for work today!! If an order had to not be right I'm glad it was mine and not someone who would beangry with them. I have no names, but I know the person paying them will know these 3 employees ROCK! & should be commended forshowing up and making sure the business was up & running!!! Ordered online for quick pickup, I had set pick up time for 5:45. I showed up a little bit early 5:30 ready to wait, but to my... surprise my food was sitting there already. Got back home the food was horrible it's like it had been sitting there from thetime I ordered it they didn't look at the pickup time. Everything was smashed wrapped up in a bag not even under a warmer allthe fried Chicken was all mushy soggy I won't be eating here again. Maybe they need to read that pickup time. Read more
