Very satisfying. A good experience with very very good food you just can't beat McDonald's
Drive through order is correct 50% of the time, breakfast is good, people are nice. But, drive through service when you have to... go in to complete the order defeats the purpose. Kids still love the breakfast, so we will endure. 1st world pains. Read more
McDonald?s has 2 lanes for the drive through. We happened to have been in the outside lane and the screen had the previous... customer?s order still displayed on it. We kept trying to explain that we couldn?t see the screen. The guy who was working justkind of played it off and told us to use the other one. Ummm okay. Anyway, the order was correct at least after we waited 15minutes at the trash cans for them to bring it out. Read more
The drive through people were very kind, and got our food out quickly and efficiently with no mistakes!
We waited 20 minutes for them to take my order, after that every employee was on their phone except the girl in the drive thru,... she was very nice. The food ended up being cold when we got it and it took like 30-40 min. Very bad first experience at thatlocation Read more
Not a good experience! The wait was very long. No receipt after making the purchase. I'm assuming that the credit card machine... was not working, because there was a cash-only transaction. So this morning I go through the McDonald's drive-thru to get me biscuits and l gravy!!I tell the person in the Drive-Thru I... want xtEXra gravy and to make sure it covered over the biscuits he said okay when I got to the window I look in my bag to makesure the extra gravy was there. For my double biscuit meal so I let him know before driving off that he did not put the extragravy .he told me that he put extra I told him it was not enough could he please give me more I didn't mind paying for it afterI already asked him in the DT for extra gravy ! instead of him correcting my problem he told me I had to drive around thedrive-thru so he could charge me . LOL so I'm livid I just drive off I'm hungry so I go home to eat I opened up my Biscuitsagain and had to share the pictures of the extra gravy along with the receipt and how it looks as I am eating it I just want toknow if this is extra gravy for two biscuits that I specifically asked for and gave Specific Instructions to make sure that theextra gravy was covering the biscuits this is what I got and then could not correct my problem that he made this is a disgrace.several times I've encounered bad experiences with this restaurant fast food chain in Greenville Texas don't go here they havevery bad attitude sometimes sometimes you're good look for the most they're terrible I'm just sharing my experience at thislocation and giving proof this us only the nighr crew,! Nastiest employees ever. Just down right lousy people. 3 out of 10 orders are right. I recommend jail for some of the employees... at this establishment. Hope the new McDonald's has some class. This place should be tuned into a dog park. Read more
