Normally out of simple things like rice and soy sauce. How does that happen when its one of your 2 starch options? Had to wait 20 mins for Beijing beef. Their rice cooker was broken so only side choice was chow mein. Veggies in Beijing beef... were raw. My portion of chow mein was 90 percent vegetables with a tiny bit of noodles. I will never go back to this locationnor will I recommend it to anyone. They closed an hour earlier than the Google listing says, and employees seemed annoyed abouthaving to serve us. Which the food quality shows. Read more
Terrible quality food and portions. Paid for a plate which $9 and got overcooked, dry Beijing Beef and terrible orange chicken.... Portions were half of wait other locations give you. Go somewhere else besides here to spend your hard earned money. Read more
Dine in was closed due to understaff when I clearly saw 6 people working! Went through drive thru and ordered a plate with 2... entrees and rice. After I get home ,I sit down to eat.. the rice is HARD!!! I bagged it back up and started driving back to theplace and along the way I literally called the place 4 times and no one answered. after i get there i tell the lady working whatwas wrong with my order and she did indeed replace it and i asked is it a different batch of rice she assured me. guess what igo home and sit down it was the SAME thing!!! ugh!!! i trashed the food!! cant even call and complain since they dont answer.
