Not following the Panera Bread Business Model. I absolutely LOVE Panera's Chicken Ceasar Salad but this location did NOT make... the same salad I get all over the country. The parmesan cheese was the grated kind you shake out of a can, the lettuce was fullof hearts and wilted, the Chicken wasn't seasoned at all and the dressing was just enough to very lightly coat the salad, eventhough i asked for extra. It really seems like they made the salad earlier in the day or yesterday and put it in the cooler forlater. If you're the GM and reading this, you have either lost control of your store or you personally gave up or just don'tcheck on your venture at all. You can do better! Read more
Food was delicious but the work culture is so toxic I sat for 20 minutes listening to the manager berate an employee on... procedure and the employees argue about each other not working correctly. Manager displayed poor leadership skills and some ofthe employees seemed to behave immaturely. Read more
You won't get much business when the young lady behind the checkout counter sighs loudly and rudely when you are trying to order... and show your military ID for the cool discount you guys do. I appreciate the discount but do not appreciate the attitude. Moneyvotes and I voted differently that day. Location was great until that happened and I walked out and went to Chipotle down theway. We ordered on the kiosk after 5 minutes since no one had spoken to us. It is not approaching their closing time, but we ordered... ten minutes ago and no one seems to be preparing our food. It took 25 minutes to get our food. The food does look and tastegood, so 3 stars for the food. 2 stars for the service. Read more
I ordered a whole chicken frontega. They were out of focattio bread. They put on plain white bread. The sandwich was not worth... $9.79 and I do not think it was a whole!. There was something inside that looked like chicken but was hard and rubbery. Threw itout!! I ordered a chocolate croissant. They came to car and said they were out. I really love this place. The staff is sweet most of the time. But man. Sometimes it takes forever to get food. Even the... simplest stuff. Even if there is no line. If you are thinking, I'll just grab Panera because the Starbucks is wrapped around thebuilding. Think again. However. I will be back to Panera. The food is the bomb. Read more
