Rib crib has a pretty neat atmosphere but the food and service are just ok at best. Every time we go during peak hours the... parking lot is wide open and not many people eating inside. Last time we went our family was asked to sit and wait while thekitchen caught up with orders. The Cribaritas are good and pretty affordable but it's an Oklahoma chain and not Texas BBQ by anymeans. I don't see this location surviving much longer unless they improve the food quality, staff quality, and lure more peoplein. Read more

The food here tastes great, it smells wonderful as soon as you walk in the door. Good variety, decent prices, but mediocre... service. A lot of really good specials and deals but only available for takeout not dine-in. Read more

5 of us sat there for 20 minutes and no one ever came by to ever get our drink order. We were given menus, no kids menu for my 7... year old we had with us, and we were sat down and no one ever came back to get our order. We were out trying to celebrate mybirthday and after no one coming to the table even one time in the 20 minutes we were waiting, we got up and just left. Everyonearound us was talking about how they've been waiting for a check forever . The 2 waitresses we saw were only checking the tableby the kitchen and then would disappear into the back just standing back there. Horrible first time experience and none of uswill be back. Negatives first: There?s no entrance into parking lot (which is small) from frontage road (you have to go down and turn in front... of Panda Express and come in through the back or use the unpaved road right after you turn). Brisket came out cold which was abummer when you pay an extra $2 to get it added to the meat meals. The waitress seamed to be short with us but still overallgood service, could have been a long day or just in a bad mood. Positives: We were greeted immediately as we entered and satquickly for being a larger party. Food was great (minus the hot links which weren?t bad just not traditional East Texas Styleand chips were greasy). Food came out fairly quickly as well. The chips and queso were good but half the chips came out greasy.LOVED the brisket baked potato! Drinks come in plastic cups that you can take home with you which was a great souvenir for us.Sides are average size for 1 person. My husband and daughter did the 4 meat pick with added sides and I got the brisket bakedpotato. We were all very satisfied. They offer 3 different BBQ?s on the table (Regular, Hot and North Carolina). The whole placewas clean, even the bathrooms. They do offer a military discount of 10% which was nice. We would definitely visit thislocation again. Only reason for 4 stars is cause the brisket was cold. Read more

A very enjoyable lunch experience. I enjoyed the original ribs. The smoked sausage was average. The server, Cindy, was very... attentive and pleasant. Read more

Wasn't busy when entering the restaurant. Got the super spud with chopped brisket.. The brisket is dry and hard bits,... unimpressed/unediable brisket for the price of $13.00 for a super spud... about 1 scoop of pre made brisket. The brisket waswarm/Cold ish on top of the baked potato which was hot. Never got a single drink refill, had to ask for a drink Togo to getanything. The original and firehouse bbq sauce is pretty good, the only reason this review is 3 stars. Brisket is a 2 of10. Note, the strawberry lemonade is good. Read more

This is a sorry excuse for Texas barbecue!!! The ribs don?t meet minimum Texas bbq standards (steamed ribs in Texas really?),... the brisket is cold and flavorless, definitely needs more smoke, the sausage is okay I guess. Also this is the south, there isno excuse for messing up Mac n cheese! Read more
