I actually love Schlotzsky?s food. But the problem I have with this particular one is that it?s always CLOSED, CLOSED, CLOSED!... How long are people going to milk the affects of the whole Covid thing? I mean I believe this place is the only establishmentthat still closes early. Their Sandwiches are a lot smaller. Less product on the sandwich. The bread was delicious, but the price for the sandwich is... not worth what I paid. $13.00 for a meal. 32oz drink chips and sandwich. It was something different. No regrets but will notspend that amount for a sandwich combo meal. Read more

This place was horrible. From the service to the cleanliness! They gave me the wrong sandwich and then argued with me about it.... I had already paid, so there was nothing I could do. Worse experience ever!!! Read more
Ordered 2 small original sandwiches one was correct and the other had been ordered without sauce. Received both and drove back... to work. The one with no sauce was loaded with mayonnaise, which I am allergic to.. so 25 min of lunch wasted. When I went backfor a correction. The workers in the back were yelling and blaming each other for the mistake. I just wanted my sandwich. I saidthat to the manager and told him it wasn't professional to be arguing in front of the customer. He then proceeds to get anattitude and tells me he has 30 years of experience and he didn't want to hear what I had to say. Never going back. Read more
I am a sandwich lover. Schlotzsky's is one of my favorite stops. I'm not fond of the $10 lunch ticket but either a veggie... sandwich or smoked turkey breast on sourdough is tough to beat. This place is always friendly and they take care of thecustomer. On another note, a large Reuben on sourdough is EXCELLENT and provides leftovers or feeds 1-4 people a nice lunch. Read more
I ordered a large Angus and cheese. It was delivered with onions which caused me to take it back to the counter. I pointed out... to the manager that it lacked meat. She said ?A lot of people complain but it?s all pre-measured.? I said that I frequent manylocations and this is half the meat. And, if many say the same thing there must be an issue. I don?t know who owns it but theyput the meat of a small on a large sandwich. Read more
$17 for a small sandwich chips and water. Soda machine was down, saw them using 2 liters instead, all tvs didn?t work, music... inside sucks. this place needs serious help Read more
