Put in a Mobil order. I get there and they don't have hamburger patties for their burgers. Asked for a refund on the burger the... car hop said she will be back shortly waited 25 min and hit the button. Another car hop comes out to take my order cause theirspeaker doesn't work. So she get there and I tell her what's going on and 10 min later I finally get my refund for my burger butdidn't get anything else that I ordered. So I went to the front of the sonic and spoke with the first car hop about the rest ofmy order. 5 min later I get cold food and they don't give me my chili cheese tots. Tried calling the location 4 times and no oneanswered the phone. This has to be the absolutely worst sonic in their company. If I could give a 0 star I would but all I cando is warn everyone on here to not use this place. And if I could give sonic a suggestion it would be to close the doors there. Read more

They haven?t had gravy for the dry chicken strips in 3 months and I only know this for a fact because I?ve ordered the chicken... strip dinner with gravy as the dip two times now in a 3-month time period around 4-8 pm. Both times the employee taking theorder over the speaker takes the order without saying they?re out of gravy, let?s me pay for the food, then brings out the foodwithout the gravy and doesn?t tell you at all that you?re missing what you?ve ordered and paid for. The exact same situationoccurred both times where we found out they?re out of gravy by looking in our bag to check the order and realizing there?s nogravy. There?s also never the single onion ring that comes with the chicken strip dinner box. Both times this occurred thecarhop brought it out, said nothing, then when called again over the speaker to ask about gravy they send out a carhop thattells us they?ll go see if there?s any. Both times there wasn?t any at all and no other dip was even offered in place of thegravy. The carhops excuse both times was they?re short staffed and didn?t know they were out of gravy. So that means multipleemployees saw the order with gravy on it, made the order, packed the order, checked the order, and finally took us the orderbagged up with a receipt knowing it wasn?t as ordered. Without letting us know?. We only found out because we checked while wewere still parked in the stall. No apology and absolutely no attempt at all to provide customer service. We all know Sonicchicken strips are on the same level as Popeyes biscuits when it comes to being a choking hazard. Then ingesting a sonic dippingsauce like the buttermilk ranch is almost as deadly to eat a sonic chicken strip without any dip. There?s a reason why jack inthe box reaches in a fridge or chilled storage to grab you their iconic buttermilk ranch and it?s not because it seems like aquirky place to store it ???????? Read more

I will not be coming here again. I wanted to go through drive thru, i sat there for a long time, so I parked and ordered. Still... waiting a long time to speak with someone, and 15 minutes for what I ordered, I would have left but I paid at the carhop. Iordered mozzarella sticks, Chile cheese tots and a drink. Drink was good just how I ordered. The chili cheese tots had manyblack specs. Then I tried the mozzarella sticks, they were gross. They looked like they had been dipped in oil again, no tasteto them. And as you can see black specs all over. I pressed the button again, waited until my patience allowed, walked up to thedoors and a guy tried to help me but I just had to ask for the manager. I asked for a refund on the sticks, they gave me cash, Iasked them to refund my card. Manager told me he was not trained on refunding a single item. So I ask him to refund the wholeorder, then charge me what I did have. I proceeded to tell him about the mozzarella sticks which he confirmed by saying hedoesn?t think they have cleaned the fryers?.. like I said not going back. Read more

No cars in front of me, ordered 2 drinks and cheese sticks. Waited 20 min in the drive through with nobody coming to the window... for 20 minutes, I had to call the store to remind them I was in the drive through along with I'm not sure how many people behindme. For the employee working to not once in 20 minutes come to the window she is supposed to be working is poor on her part andmanagement. Once I got them they were cold. Waited 20 min for pretty much cold poor tasting food and a mediocre Iced tea. Don'twaste your money just go to Quick Trip or Racetrack. Read more

Ordered a grilled cheese double burger with mozzarella sticks, was given a double cheese burger with toppings I never asked for... so I assume was someone else's order. Mozzarella sticks were cold, and none of it tasted all too great. This place used to be sogood to eat at 3 years ago, now it's just a waste. If you can't even train your employees to understand the menu then I can't bebothered to eat here. Read more

If i could give a negative score I would. Ordered through App. Confirm with associate when I arrived & waited over 20 minutes. I... had to call them to get my order which was cold. I never write bad reviews but this location definitely needs better management. Read more

45 minutes in drive through only to get cold food and warm ice tea. Ridiculous management should be retrained or fired. Should... have comped food and apologized. Read more

This sonic really needs management improvement. I ordered through the app for the first time and it wasn?t a pleasant... experience. The stalls don?t work so you can pay with your card and they want you to send your card inside with the carhop.Not. After not getting a response to the question I asked, from the person taking the order, she turned off the mic and I guessdecided to help someone else. After the manager came out to explain the issue with the stalls not working, I again mentioned toher about my app order. Of course she had a look on her face as if I was bothering her. Really? The only joy I got from thisvisit was the carhop named Tytiana. She didn?t ignore me like the first one did, but instead did everything to help resolve theissue. Sometimes the best people who work in fast food places are the new people. Read more
