Girl was slow! She was making the sandwiches like it was a difficult puzzle. She wouldn't stack toppings on top of each other. ... If the toppings didn't fit perfect on the sandwich she would take it off. Another annoying thing was when I asked her for atopping she would only put one or two of that item on. An example: I asked her for Green peppers and she literally put onesliver of bell pepper on my sandwich. I have gone to this subway very often for the past two years. We?re talking at least once a week. When they had Josh, this... locations was the best. Lately, the service has been terrible. They only have one good worker- the guy with long hair andglasses. Any time the middle aged man with short hair and glasses makes my sandwich, it?s a WRECK. Also, the older lady theyhave is so rude. I would give no stars but unfortunately that's not an option. I Ordered from the app, said it would be ready at 12:35. I arrived... a little early told the girl at the register I was there for a pick up, they were busy and I get that but she tells me they areworking on it and clearly they weren't. They didn't even start making them until the girl at the register asked what my name wason the ORDER. I have worked fast food and I get it but you should incorporate the online orders into the orders for in thestore. I order online because I am on my lunch break and its supposed to be faster... To order online and then have to wait anadditional almost 20 min after it said my order would be ready is very frustrating. If you are unable to fill the online ordersas well as the orders you have in store maybe you shouldn't offer online ordering, in just saying. Read more
