Girl was slow! She was making the sandwiches like it was a difficult puzzle. She wouldn't stack toppings on top of each other. ... If the toppings didn't fit perfect on the sandwich she would take it off. Another annoying thing was when I asked her for atopping she would only put one or two of that item on. An example: I asked her for Green peppers and she literally put onesliver of bell pepper on my sandwich. I finally got tired of asking her to put more toppings on i took my food and just left.Wow girl.... just wow. Read more
I have gone to this subway very often for the past two years. We?re talking at least once a week. When they had Josh, this... locations was the best. Lately, the service has been terrible. They only have one good worker- the guy with long hair andglasses. Any time the middle aged man with short hair and glasses makes my sandwich, it?s a WRECK. Also, the older lady theyhave is so rude. I will be switching locations because I am done with this terrible service. Read more
Don?t go here even 15 minutes before closing time they won?t served cuz they are cleaning the line even with the open sign on... and plenty of time to take customer. I would give it no star at all. Subway change your times!!!! Read more
All five of these stars go to the server that helped me today. Usually I?m ignored when I come through the door, and see some... one who doesn?t care and doesn?t smile at me begrudgingly make my food, usually without even changing gloves. Today, I wasgreeted (and he had a pleasant tone) and used clean gloves, and was attentive and personable. I ordered and and sat down. Iwatched as someone else came and treated him rudely because he couldn?t make pizza. He handled it very well and apologized forthe inconvenience. The guy was still rude and not very understanding that items arrive on trucks and it?s out of the servershands. I think he deserves to be some sort of assistant and probably a raise so he STAYS and this store will stop having a hugeturnover problem that I have noticed in the last three years. His name is Josh. I love the food. Ordered ft long Tuna sandwich & Sweet Onion Teriyaki chicken salad. Very quiet this evening. Sparse staff... didn't seem to having a great evening cause coming on shift had some cooking & cleaning to do and probably "not feeling it" thistime of night. Read more
I would give no stars but unfortunately that's not an option. I Ordered from the app, said it would be ready at 12:35. I arrived... a little early told the girl at the register I was there for a pick up, they were busy and I get that but she tells me they areworking on it and clearly they weren't. They didn't even start making them until the girl at the register asked what my name wason the ORDER. I have worked fast food and I get it but you should incorporate the online orders into the orders for in thestore. I order online because I am on my lunch break and its supposed to be faster... To order online and then have to wait anadditional almost 20 min after it said my order would be ready is very frustrating. If you are unable to fill the online ordersas well as the orders you have in store maybe you shouldn't offer online ordering, in just saying. Read more
