Went November 9th around 2:40 in the afternoon me and my girlfriend placed an order and we wanted medium French fries so that?s... what we ordered . We get to the window to make sure the girl heard us right . And I?m assuming he?s a manager he?s a fat whiteman with brown or black facial hair . He was nasty at the mouth for no reason then proceeds to tell us that we didn?t ordermedium French fries. As a manager myself that was uncalled for and rude . I went to this location 3 times within the last two weeks. Every time I got back home the order has been messed up. I let it go... the last 2 times but this time I've had enough. I ordered the #11 spicy and strawberry sweet tea. Lucky I saw a difference rightaway with the drink. But when I got home and opened my sandwich its a burger and not the spicy chicken that I asked for. I triedcalling the store numerous times but it just rang and rang, no voice mail set up either so that's why I'm on here leaving thisreview. Next time if I go back I'm going to sit there at the window and open every thing that's wrapped up and if they tell meto move my car like last time when I was trying to put my money up in my purse, I'm not moving an inch till I check every thing.Corporate needs to come do a surprise visit and see what's really going on.
