Waited 25 minutes for an order that consisted of 2 items. When asked to speak to a manager the assistant came & after expressing... my concern she kind of brushed it off to finish ?chit-chatting? with another employee & then proceeded to make me wait until 3more orders came out. I went through the drive thru about a week ago and had only 2 cars in front of me but sat in line for over 30 minutes before I... even got to the window to get my order. The girl was incredibly rude and had no customer service skills. I understand if peopleplace big orders it taking them longer to fulfill but any other drive thru would ask you to pull to the front and they willbring it out. The little girl taking our order had no clue what she was doing. I suggested she ask for help, which she did, they ignored... her till I spoke up, over 5 min later. This place should just shut down. Over an hour wait stuck in drive thru with no way to leave. What's worst is that they got the... order completely wrong. They had over an HOUR to check the orders.
