Food is always good once they get an order correct. Main issue here is that they are slow. Also I have ordered curbside a few... times but not once have they brought my food to me. After sitting and waiting for 10-15 minutes I have gotten out to get myorder. This place needs help. Read more
Waited from 10:00 am to 10:51 to receive the wrong order and having to get a refund anyway. So I waited in line to not even get... my food. This place isn't just poorly run, they've graduated to becoming an actual scam. I intend to protest this place inperson, the hard working people of Greenville don't deserve to have their time and money wasted. I ordered 2 breakfast burgersand fries, I received 1 breakfast burger and a chicken biscuit. They put cheaper items in your bag hoping you'll get to whereyou're going and just settle for it out of hunger and frustration, cause I know I'm not waiting another hour for them to get itright this time. Employees were nice. We waited a long time. Food tasted fine but was not super warm. Burger thrown together. Hair in my fries.... Cleanliness level is iffy. Employees are walking around wearing gloves, but if they?re wearing the same ones for multiple tasks,it defeats the purpose. Read more
Made a mobile order ahead of time, went through the drive through to pick it up. After checking in at the intercom and pulling... to the window, we were told our order wasn't made yet. We were asked to pull up and they would have it right out. 10 Minutes, 20minutes, 30 minutes, 40 minutes goes by, and finalllllly we get our order. Now tell me why its taking you that long, and why I'mwatching 5 other customers get their orders before me, when I had put the effort in to order ahead of time so this wouldn'thappen. They put mustard on a plain hamburger after stating plain when they recited my order back waited 15 minutes to get 2 "plain"... burgers with a patty and bun SOAKING in mustard I kid you not the patty was bright yellow. Ordered through the app, 99% of the time the order is correct. This time, not one single burger was how it was ordered or even... what we actually ordered. Took the food back to get them to remake the order and the manager proceeded to argue that there wasnothing wrong with any of the burgers and took them all apart on the cash register counter with customers behind me. Afterasking for a refund the manager reluctantly obliged and threw everything in the trash. After I was in my car she came running tomy window and said, ?look there is no mustard on here.? I kid you not when I say she took it out of the trash to come show me.Unfortunately, the mustard was on the outside of the bottom bun AND it was missing bacon! It was supposed to be the Sweet &Spicy BACON burger with no mustard. But there was mustard and no bacon. One of the burgers was also supposed to be a double, noonions, and it was a single with onions, and the third burger was supposed be a single no tomato, no pickles, add mustard. Theygot the no tomato right, but left the pickles and I guess put the mustard on the Sweet & Spicy Bacon burger. This was one of thelast decent burger places in town. Went to get an apple pie and french fries, the food was good. My biggest issue with this location was the kids who work there... play too much and don't seem like they care about the customers or their jobs. I went inside once, everything was messy, no onecleaned up the lobby, and they weren't busy at the time. I realize it's just fast food, but cleanliness and friendliness are athing. Read more
Took them 40 minutes to get us our 2 burger meals. The food was cold!!! The fries were cold and tasted like they been there all... day. Our order was WRONG!!!!!! Not rocket science for 2 bacon cheese burgers. Got them COLD and NO cheese or bacon just burgers.To wait for 40 minutes for THAT! And we counted at least 5 people working, so not sure what the wait was all about or the coldfood ! Read more
