Food is good. Server speed very slow no matter how busy it is. Everytime I've went there they have maybe 1 and a half servers... for the entire restraunt. It has potential to be a great diner. Good food keeps me coming back though. Read more

The food was absolutely AMAZING! However the service was down right AWFUL! The waitress brought us our order and she had brought... corned beef hash instead of the bacon that my husband had ordered. We kindly let her know the mistake and she argued with meresponding ?You ordered hash.? We in fact did not although we had considered it but chose the bacon ultimately. She brought us aside of the bacon to correct the error but then charged us for the hash and the bacon. When I questioned her about it sheinsisted we must pay for all of it because she left the hash on the plate. I explained it was still at the table and they couldtake it back but she continued to argue, told me to leave my cash on the counter and she walked away. I told the other employeesstanding around that I wasn?t leaving a $50 bill on the counter for a $25 breakfast. She then walks back and I ask to speak tothe manager?she giggles and says ?Ha, I am the manager.? She then continued arguing more in front of the entire restaurant fullof people and finally ripped the bill from my hand and said ?You know what I got your breakfast.? That was the WORST customerservice I have ever experienced. I was HAPPY to pay for the meal that we ordered but not the error that she created and for herto cause a scene and not only embarrass me but interrupt all those customers who were enjoying breakfast was ridiculous andunfair to all. Great portions. Fun food. Salad bar is always full stocked when offered. Friendly service.

We have always been good customers, but after today we won't be back. My burrito bowl was just ok. The chicken was hard and... dry. There was just a slight sprinkling of cheese on top. Got two thin slices of avocado on top and apparently that wasconsidered extra. I was charged. 50 cents for that small slice. You get two small sides of salsa and sour cream, don't thinkthey were 1 ounce a piece. Not knowing I would be charged for extra salsa, I asked for another side. Yet again a tiny plasticcontainer of salsa not even an ounce. I was charged 50 cents for that too! I have never heard of a restaurant charging xtrafor condiments! Ridiculous! Our waitress was slow. There was spilled maple syrup on the table that took forever for a wet ragto arrive so that I cleaned up, while the waitress watched. We're done with this place, which is to bad because there was menuitems we liked. Read more
