King of "BAIT & SWITCH". If you order a meal they always give you the largest size. Today I looked at the menu, only 1 cheese... burger list. It was on the Kid's menu. I order it for my Grandson along with a chicken sandwich meal for myself. Get to thewindow and the total is a few cents short of $20.00. When, I questioned them about it, they say I have to specify Kiss meal. When I asked why both meals were upsized, they said I have to specify small or regular. Very unfriendly answering my questions. I guess I was wrong for expecting to pay the prices I saw on the menu. This is the only place I have seen where you have tospecify that you want the menu item and price and makes it seem like it is your faultwhen you don't. They also refuse to giveyou a receipt so you really don't know what you are paying for. This is my last trip to Burger King, ever! Read more
Even though app lets order and closing time here says 12, there's always some issue: either no one responses or staff says they... are closed or staff says they are closed at 10 and sometimes staff walking inside doesn't even care to respond. Ps: this are myexperiences over 2 months. And sometimes they do serve good. Maybe its the staff, no clue. I will not recommend this place. Read more
Employes at this location are thieves.I ordered a large chicken fry, they charged me $6.79 they would not give me a receipt,... when i got home i found a small box with four chicken fries in it. They are charging customers and putting the cash in theirpockets. I will call corporate tomorrow and report these scam artists for the thieves that they are. I will NOT be ripped off. Read more

Cortana mall location-Their was a baby roach inside my daughter's honey mustard sauce which was sealed from the Heinz... distribution center. When I contacted them, they didn't even apologize and acted like this was a normal thing! Absolutelydisgusting ???? Read more

Do not go to Burger King on Greenwell Spring Rd in Central Louisiana They did not want to wait on us inside we went in and we... were told to go back out through drive-thru to order which it was a long line outside but they did wait on people ahead of us I feel they did not want to wait on us inside due to we were a interracial couple we left because how can you trust them ifthey would not wait on us inside and told to go outside and also there was no sign stating that there lobby was close people wassitting inside eating Read more
