Desi displayed very terrible customer service. She complained that she was 15 weeks pregnant and had to stay until 11. She... yelled and hung up after I reminded her that I only wanted to check on an order in which I have paid for. She proceeded to sayshe doesn?t care if I took her name, she would likely not be there long. Then hung up. This was the most rude service I?ve everreceived, and the food was trash! I mean HORRIBLE. Disgusted with this place today! The service is typically not too good butnot this bad. And the food is the same.. but DESI, needs a job doing something other than serving paying customers. I rarely eat ???? pizza but for some reason it was on my taste buds . Pops ,who is 94, WW2 veteran, who don't like red sauce,... and mother, who is 84,likes any food that is good, both agreed to try it ???? . I Googled the Pizza Hut (I'm old school and missPizza Hut dine in) online app and tried to order,app was very difficult to get through,I hit checkout and it wanted my cardinformation ????, I was paying with cash,so I repeated the checkout and it gave me a total, so I went to pick up. The buildinghad no sign, just a white building, the only sign "open " on the door. Went in,checked in, guess what? No order was received????????. I ordered a large custom pizza. Extra Italian sausage, beef, ham,Extra bacon ????. Veggies: mushrooms, Extra blackolives,banana peppers, bell , pineapples and Extra cheese,also ordered mini cinnamon rolls. Done in less than 15 minutes, myorder was ready, hot out the oven, and handed to me by the young lady who took the order whom was very helpful and friendly. Gothome and served it up, while listening to my dad say " I don't like Pizza "????,let me tell you " this was a beautiful pizza. Let me also tell you my pops loved it. He ate 2 slices, every piece of topping. My mother could only eat 1 slice said " it waswonderful and delicious. For myself, I believe it was 1 of "the best pizza I've ever had. So disappointed, AGAIN! Not the first time I only received part of my order after waiting almost an hour after being notified it... was on the way. The food that does show up isn't prepared right, just above cold and looking pretty sad. Try to be prettyunderstanding with the pandemic and businesses being short handed. but even the customer service trying to sort out why itemsare missing is terrible. Got juggled around, put on hold and then they told me they couldn't even find the order I places 2hours before. This location needs a big overhaul..don't wait your time and money on them. Read more
My pizza was absolutely amazing & fresh! They looked just like the ones on the commercials. The young lady that assisted me upon... my arrival was very courteous and professional. She actually asked one of her male coworkers to bring my pizza?s to my car (Ihad 6 large?s). That location is my new ?go to? pizza joint! Great job! Read more
Would be cool if they delivered past 6:30, but I'm sure the policy is in place for a reason. The pizza was hot, fresh, cut well,... and tasted good. The service was polite and timely in their execution. Read more
After years of not going because our food was always burnt, I decided to give them another shot. Things haven't changed. I... finally got ahold of someone at the store and the manager told me that I would have to drive the order back during rush hour tohave it remade instead of getting refunded. He said that he didn't know how it would be burnt because the oven is on a settemperature and timed. I even offered to send him pictures but he wouldn't have it. Pizza was tough and dry and the breadsticksand cheese sticks were burnt to a crisp. We'll never go back. Read more
This was my first time using the app. I was trying to save a lil time. Well I arrived there about 5 minutes to early so i sat in... the car and waited until my time came. I go inside pizza to pick up my order. The teleprompter says my pizza was ready, but onlyone of my pizza's were ready. I had to wait on the other one about 5 more minutes along with others who also said they name saidready as well, but it wasn't. After waiting i finally received my pizza, get home and it's mostly big chunks of bread around theedges. I wasn't happy that night and i love pizza hut every since i was a lil kid.
