Disappointed in Pressed Greenwich. I ordered online and went to pick it up (at 10am, they opened at 9am) the door was locked. I... had to knock to get in. When you call the store it sends you to the generic customer service and they have limited hours whichare PST- useless. I finally had someone open up, picked up my half day cleanse. When I pulled them out to put in the fridge, all5 Roots 1 juices were expired and you can?t really chance it with fresh juices as bacteria grows in it. To top it off, while Iwaited for customer service for over 20 minutes, they hung up on me. The shop is 40 miles round trip to return these. And thecost of gas is outrageous. Came to this location from Westchester county , I had wonderful experience the service was good. I didn?t feel rushed, the guy... working Literally made my experience buying juice a ease! Which was a plus. Ended up buying few days worth of cleanses. Will beback!!!! Read more
I have never been more outraged by a food/drink establishment than I have been today. My birthday, of all days. I walked in, and... was unacknowledged by the staff. One was busy cleaning behind the counter and the other was assisting a customer. I assumed itwouldn?t be long till they were done, but NOPE. Their conversation continued, talking about unrelated matters, while I stoodthere for 15 minutes waiting in the cold dank room. I was not helped so I left highly disappointed. I will NEVER be coming hereagain and will tell others to do the same. The staff is incredibly rude and irresponsible. Don?t waste your time at thisestablishment. Read more
Besides the overall quality for the price of whatever I buy (food, drink, etc.) -- Customer Service and the experience is SO... important to me. I wanted to try a one day juice detox type of thing, not to lose weight or anything like that; but just tore-calibrate and lightly detox. I have juiced before on my own, but didn't want to do that again for a few reasons (convenienceand doing it correctly are two of many). I called PJ this AM and just asked if they had the 1 day cleanse options in stock/readyto pick up before work. Shane, who answered the phone - was BEYOND helpful in giving me insight on all three options that theyhave. I didn't even ask, but I am so glad he helped me out, since I ended up purchasing another one I didn't even think I'dwant/need or benefit from. I got there and it was all packaged, organized, and numbered 1 through 6 for me. Instruction on whento drink, what each helps with, and all of that good stuff were ready for me the minute I got there. Shane also signed me up forthe VIP - and provided a ton of insight on where the fruits & veggies come from, the difference between store bought juicingstuff and these, etc. etc. I had such a great experience there, and now, drinking them throughout the day. I went into itholding my nose thinking it would be super 'green' - but I am OBSESSED with the taste (of the ones I had so far at least). Willbe returning for more in the near future. This place is amazing. You can get all the free samples you want. I was helped by Ashley and she was great . Very knowledgeable... and patient. This spot just opened but I can tell it will be a hit in Greenwich. The juices are so refreshing and clean tasting, perfect for... the upcoming summer season. The staff is very helpful too. Ashley was super friendly and walked me through the membershipprogram which is a really great deal. All juices are 5$ and you get to try samples too. Highly recommend the company, products,and this location in particular. Read more
