Update June 8, 2022: I stopped by today to give it another try and was verbally attacked by the owner. I told her I didn?t like... her attitude and turned to leave, she said I wasn?t welcome back and as I left the building she chased after me yelling,?Eighty-sixed! Eighty-sixed!? It was comical and sad. If there was ever an establishment which needed new ownership/managementthis is it. Rather than fix the quality issues she attacked an honest review. I feel bad for anyone who works there. Hopefullythe business finds new management. --- Theee years ago I?d tell you the sandwiches here were great. Now, I?d tell you they areterrible. Something happened, and it wasn?t for the better. The turkey sandwich used to be thinly sliced and flavorful and nowit?s one thick dry slice. Really awful. Also, I can?t tell you how many times my wife has ordered the veggie sandwich withavocado only to find out when she gets home there is no avocado. These guys need to do something or they are going to lose allof their customers. Word gets around. Read more

It use to be great but last three orders were not good! First was so small I couldn?t believe it, last had nothing in the... sandwich after I was specific and this last order literally had almost no roast beef. Sorry but going downhill. Read more

I ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwich on a Portuguese roll, however, there was no bacon on my sandwich and they didn't... give me a Portuguese roll. If they were out, they could have let me know and I would have ordered something different. Otherthan that, the food was good. Read more

online salad menu is completely different from what they send you. I ordered the "Serengeti Salad ", but they sent me mixed... greens, apples, turkey walnuts and cranberries. I called the store to let them know and they just said "sorry, I'll tell themanager" without any resolution. Not a good look for people who may have allergies not getting what they ordered. What an amazing staff! They remember my name and give out genuine compliments....not to mention the ingredients in the... sandwiches are superbly fresh. Highly recommend for lunch and coffee. Read more
