Weekdays are great here. They always are very quick and make a delicious coffee. Saturday workers have a hard time keeping up... with the extra traffic/customers. Maybe put on faster workers or more workers on Saturday mornings? Read more

Stopped Friday (8/6) weren't sure if they were open. Pulled up to drive- thru, were asked what we wanted to order. Went to order... and they had freaking CLOSED !! Why ask what we wanted to order? Why not say were closed or how about not saying anything? Whatan asshat move. Will NEVER go back to the Greenwich location. Orders always wrong, too long of lines, now this. Done. Read more

Very disappointing. Ordered an iced cocoa mocha latte. They skimped on the whip cream and coffee.
The order was correct in the food was good, but the ordering process was under par. The employees seem like they hated their job... or just didn't want to deal with anybody. At the window they almost throw your food out to you and there was no Smiles, no havea good day or anything. The employees are definitely not guest oriented. Read more
