The Greenwich McDonald's is awesome! They are extremely friendly and very proficient. They get a 4 star only because the food... quality, which has nothing to do with this location, and everything to do with the national chain's food sourcing, is lacking inquality. Service was horrible today. Waited over 30 mins for my meals and there more than enough people behind the counter. We only got... our burgers for 5 mins then got our fries. This place is getting worse and worse. Read more

This McDonald's is so old school, polite staff, clean inside and out. Food is always fresh, never a soggy French fry. And very... affordable, prices are up to 35% cheaper they and some McDonald's located in the Saratoga Queensbury areas. Give this McDonald'sa visit, Modern facility with McDonald's old school values. 30 mins in a line of 6 cars only to be told to pull into the waiting area for another 10 minutes to get 2 McGriddles. Guess fast... food is no longer fast. Letting people know it would be faster for you to shop your own groceries and then make it yourselfwould be helpful upfront. Also a "sorry for the excessive wait" would be nice. Read more
