The manager working the drive through was very very rude when I placed 2 Seperate orders and had to modify them she seemed put... out of place and bothered that I was making changes. (I added 2 bacon Mc doubles to 1 order and a 2 for $6 on the other) I saidthank you and she THREW my card at me. When I pulled up to the window,I waited over 5 minutes and was then told to pull up formy 2 orders (no big deal) then when the young 16-17 year old attendant brought me my food and I asked which order was which shepopped off with idk look at the receipts. There wasn't any given to me or in the bag. I get home. And guess what. The order wasincorrect. Time of visit 2-3 pm sat may 7. Won't ever go back to this location. Read more
As a rule McDonald's are pretty much the same everywhere, But this McDonald's in Greenwood Is is exceptional in that the staff... every time I've been there I've been very friendly and helpful. If you have a problem with the McDonald's app they will takecare of it on their end they're in so you can get in-and-out as fast as possible. I go here every morning for a large frappe with 2 shots of expresso, Oreo and caramel. EVERY MORNING. Some how they still manage... to get it wrong every single time they forget one or the other. Normally the expresso and Oreo. Or they just don?t read thescreen and make me a caramel frappe instead. They have gotten it wrong more then they have got it right. As you can tell in thepicture the sticker says Oreo and there is no Oreo. My cup isn?t even filled to where it?s supposed to be?. Read more
Absolutely the fastest service from a fast food restaurant I have received in a long time. Usually there's great customer... service but occasionally there is a rude person in the drive thru. But I'm imagining that that is consistent with all the otherplaces as well. One thing you cannot get here is chicken breast tenderloins without seasoning. Read more
We stopped to get us a little snack on 09/27/2022 around 10pm. When we got to the window to pay, the teen boy just held out his... hand for the card without telling us a total or even saying anything for that matter. He then acted like we were asking himto go above and beyond when we asked. Then he really got frustrated when we asked for a receipt. To get back at us, he put somuch salt on the fries that there was a pile in the bottom of the container. We actually poured a half a cup of salt out!!!
