8-1-22 3:50pm Learned something today. Sonic thinks people in the drive-thru are more important than those that are actually... willing to stay in their parking lot to order and eat. This must be true because when I pulled into my spot, and pressed thebutton to order, a car pulled up in the drive thru at the same time. I sat for 10 minutes watching 8 cars arrive, order, go tothe window and leave all while waiting for an answer still. I ordered two drinks, took forever in drive thru, did not answer drive thru speaker, had to keep saying anyone there. Then my... husband drink was watered down for a Dr Pepper had to wait another five minutes for his new drink. Horrible service! Read more
They were only able to accept cash, might have been because of the storm. The reason for the loss of star though was because... they didn't add extra lime, and the little they did they didn't bother to squeeze. There is absolutely no point in adding limeif they don't squeeze the juice in. Read more
I hate the fact that you have to give Sonic in Greenwood Arkansas at least 1 star because I wouldn?t give them any based on my... families experience. They are always messing up our orders and it gets really frustrating especially when you are paying $25 forfood and they just say I?m sorry and never offer to refund you!!! I love you Sonic. The past two times I've been there though I've been kind of disappointed. I asked for extra cheese and extra... chili and I didn't get it I paid $18 for dinner and the only thing I really liked was a hamburger. Our economy is getting out ofcontrol when it takes $18 for one person to eat one time. And then I didn't even get what I paid for. And that's not countingthe tip you give the waiters. Read more
