Went to have a late breakfast the day after Christmas, it took about 8 minutes to even get recognized by staff, no menu or a... greeting. The restaurant was so messy, there was so much food under the tables it was gross, only one clean table. Our waitresswas less than friendly. The food was horrible except for the waffle, it was very good. We will not go back. Read more
First off, I have to say the restaurant was spotless, which was great. Now about the service....there was one other customer in... the restaurant, so they were not busy. My husband and I ordered, I got my food about 5 minutes before he got his. My hash brownswere wrong, his bacon was half burnt and the other half was fat. His toast was cold, the butter was just slapped on top of it.We both needed refills on our drinks, but the employees were too busy talking and playing around. I finally had to go to thecounter and ask for refills. The servers both had masks on, but the cook/supervisor did not. But at least the restaurant wasclean.... Read more
Horrible customer service. Waitress was rude. Young man checking us out was rude. The cook was yelling at a young guy from the... grill to the back of the restaurant. They were arguing amongst themselves. Read more
