Disgusting!!I threw the whole order away. What a waste of time and money!!They gave me a coke that was at least 2 hours old. It... was hot and watered down. The cheese was old and crusty.If you can't get a coke right there is a serious issue. Read more
2nd time in a row. Didn't get what we ordered. Used to be great in service. Things have changed.
The food was good If you remember the old saying where's the beef for the price they don't give you a whole lot of meat
The owner must take money out of the employees checks if they put too much food on someone?s order. I ordered a beef and cheddar... classic, large fry and a mozzarella sticks. When I pulled my fries out the large had been filled with enough fries to only filla small - maybe a medium. I shrugged that off and just ate them (not to mention they were cold and soggy). I reach back into mybag to grab my sandwich realizing as I grab it that it?s the smallest sandwich I had ever held in my life. Absolutely abominable service and abysmal quality. Went through the drive through only to be given a cup, with no ice, only 3/4... full on a blazing hot day. Only to be met with a disgruntled employee giving me attitude upon my request for a new drink withice. My sandwiches themselves were average but fries cold and hard. They have clearly been sitting out for well beyond theacceptable time. To top everything off I had the window slammed in my face mid word. I would highly recommend a coorporateintervention at this location. I will definitely not be visiting any location anytime soon, and this one never again. As I havealways enjoyed arbys I would hope these issues can be corrected soon. Read more
This is a great Arby's. The staff is friendly and fast. The food is prepared correctly everytime.
