Bob's had been around over 40 years Grew up on it still eating it. The sausage is the best ever. The crust is the best. Old... fashion ,thin & crispy....THE BEST!! One more thing, I love how the cheese covers all the toppings , it keeps everything inplace. One of the best pizzas I've ever had, even better then the Chicago deep dish pie I had in Chicago. Great job!
I've ordered from them many times over the years, very disappointed & won't again. I paid for extra pepperoni, which barely got... any, hardly any sauce& the crust was hard. I called next day, spoke with, he said he was the owner & he made the pizza himself.I explained the pizza & his response was, next time, you want your pepperoni on top of cheese, dodging my complaint! He saidnext time I order to specify how I want the pepperoni, which I said, there won't be a next time. Nothing like the picture oftheir pizza they advertise!! No offer of any kind for a terrible $22 pizza, disappointed & wouldn't recommend to anyone. Read more
The whole family did not care for the pizza. The crust was ok. The cheese was ?fleshy.? The sausage was not good at all and made... everyone?s stomach upset. Breadsticks were good. The consensus is Little Caesar?s would be a better deal considering $60+ fortwo pizzas and breadsticks. Read more
Found hair in my pizza AND breadsticks, and called and they gave me attitude and said they "Don't Know" how it got in there... because the workers were bald and it had to of been MY fault lmao????, when I had just brought it in my room, and set it on thetable. Pizza was cut very poorly like someone didn't know how to cut a pizza, and it was NOT Fresh at all. I was very unpleasedafter everybody said they were good, and it was the first time I ordered. I would not recommend this place or the customerservice to anybody at all. All in all, I had a bad experience because they had nothing but attitudes and were very rude andargumentative, and the pizza was too chewy and poorly made. After 3 decades, I most likely have ordered my last pizza from Bob's. From what I have heard, they no longer can obtain the old... pizza crust. The new crust is too chewy. Not even close to the original. I have ordered a few pizzas from Bob's since thecrust change, hoping it would improve. It hasn't. I understand if their hands are tied, but, unless the crust goes back to theway it was, I can't spend my money on sub par pizza. The staff and delivery drivers are always very friendly. Read more
We have ordered bobs for years!! We order at least 1 or two times a week! After spending 30.00 for a medium pizza and... breadsticks plus a tip to get a TERRIBLE cold pizza that taste like cardboard & cold breadsticks! After calling to complain thelady was nice enough to give us a 5.00 credit towards our next pizza!! SERIOUSLY!! They must be doing so well that they nolonger need to make there costumers happy and do what you should do,.. like maybe send a new pizza to them!! Pizza places are adime a dozen!! wow. crust so thin, nothing on top now . five items added was just in the middle of the pizza. i been ordering these for over 30... years...ill never pay 30 dollars for this again not worth 5 bucks. what happened to bobs. its in a 16 inch box but is barely 14inches. someone is going to ruin this business. making money must be better than making good pizza.
