My first time eating here and it may be my last. At 7:15pm I ordered 30 traditional mild buffalo wings for pickup at 8:30pm. I... live about 12 minutes from the restaurant and when I got home and opened the 2 boxes of wings they looked like they had beensitting out for hours, the skin was dry with very little flavor. I love bogo days but not anymore ! I order mine plain with sauce on the side. There was a lot of the little cups in the bag I... didn't think to look. ALL 6 we're ranch ! Like who forgets the sauce ! I won't be back at this location. Maybe teach youremployees to make sure the orders are correct before handing them over. Read more
The chicken wings were averaged the sides were quite honestly the best they're onion rings and their potato wedges and their... fried pickles. The waitress was very and did a great job of keeping everything moving. I got the brisket booger and it was justdisgusting to me their meat is the Pressed me that is like hunks when you bite and chew it up and the brisket that's over thetop of it is like out of a can or something and then the barbecue sauce is just caked on and you really taste nothing elseexcept for the nasty texture of the booger the bacon was very chewy all in all I would give the booger a one star at best Iwould stick to the wings and the sides. Good food can cover bad service. I waited 1:06 for 15 wings. Apparently my order got lost. I couldn't get a manager to speak... with me. The services person for to go orders says he is doing the best he can. Fortunately , the man who sits customers came tomy rescue. But how do you not notice a?6'7 man waiting in your to go area for an hour. Fortunately I was not the one that was upto no good. Horrible service and no support from management team. Read more

Came here for lunch. Was seated promptly. Didn't seem very busy. Only a couple of tables occupied. Kimberly was my server,... and she was amazing! First two beer choices were out, but we eventually got it sorted. Got the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. I normally detest ranch, but wanted to give it a fair shake. Somebody thought it was a good idea, so I figured why not. Sandwich was good, but would have been better without that ranch sauce. Was smaller than expected, and they were mercifullystingy with the over-salted fries. Service was top-notch, but the food itself doesn't quite make the cut. Read more
Not sure if it's an after 6pm thing, but shortly after putting in my order this place turned into a night club. It might have... just been the location in the dining area that I was placed, but I started being pounded over the head with heavy bass. I reallydon't understand it. The music wasn't turned up loud, but it just sounded so horrible. I asked the awesome server lady if Icould just get my order to go, as this was going to really agitate me. I am super glad that she didn't have an attitude, or tryto just move me around the dining room. I think she could feel it. I was trying so hard to suppress it. I just don't understandwhy it's necessary. People are eating. Having small talk. Watching TV. Not dancing. Maybe the speaker system is busted, as itkind of sounded like heavy bass from a blown speaker. Horrible I don't know, buy the wing are super good, so I'll just orderfor pickup in the future. It didn't help either that the lady behind me was saying the stupidest ****, but that's not BWsfault. Please don't auto reply asking me to click a link to fill out a form.
