Great food. needs better communication
Recently visited the Greenwood Charlie?s location and I was highly disappointed this is one of my favorite places to eat when I... arrived I was not greeted which isn?t a big deal but OK then I ask for everything on my cheesesteak when I was given my order Iwas just given a box no bag so I asked for condiments the lady says it?s inside the box which OK no big deal but please informyour customer as I walked away I open my food to see if everything was correct and it wasn?t it was missing items on my sandwichI returned to inform the same woman that there were items missing on my sandwich sheet then without a word took the box from me open my food with her hands and said would you like the missing items very snarky then she threw the missing items on mysandwich set the box on the counter and walked away ridiculous and I can?t believe that this is how they treat their customers Read more

This was our first time here as we were looking for a new sandwhich shop to try. We got a Philly cheesesteak and a Buffalo... chicken sqndwhich with fries for both. Take this first part with a grain of salt because we ordered it through DoorDash but thebread on the Philly cheesesteak came so wet that it was falling apart. This may have been due to the container causing the heatto make the bread soggy during transport so that probably isn't their fault. Also to the point of DoorDash, there was no optionto take items off or make items "less"; i.e. Buffalo chicken sandwhich remove the mayo/light on the mayo. We hoped the mayo wasjust on the side so we wouldn't have to use it but the sandwhich came doused in it making the person who ordered it not want toeven try it. The Philly cheesesteak sandwhich was a huge disappointment. The first bite I took seemed to have no flavor at all.I tried a second bite but it was more of the same. I then took some of the meat out and ate it by itself. Again, no taste. Itseemed as if there had been no seasoning put on the meat at all. I am not some cheesesteak aficionado or expert by any means butany ones I have tried elsewhere always had some sort of seasoning. The fries were also soggy and devoid of any seasoning. We maytry this place again if we can stop in instead of delivery but the seasoning issue is almost one we can't overlook. Read more

Well first impressions are everything and I hate to break it to you but your customer service was distasteful at best! Also the... cashier/cook rang us up a la carte for everything bringing our total to almost $40.00 for two people!!! Then when i asked himwhy he didn't use the "make it a meal" he informed me I chose the wrong selection of food. EVEN THOUGH YOUR MENU CLEARLY STATESOTHERWISE... so this is either false advertisement or your cashier/cook should probably find a new job.. because he clearlyhates his. Really disappointed in our experience at this Charley's. We had a coupon for $10 off your order of $30 or more that expires... tomorrow. Normally, the three of us get two cheese steaks to share, but since we had this coupon we got three. When we presentthe coupon, the cashier says we can't do the coupon because the computer doesn't work, even though they just rang up our entireorder. They asked if it was for the fries, and we told them it was 10 off 30. They said I can give you the fries one. So sure,it's better than nothing. Then they clearly ring up fries on the screen and promo them, as they aren't on the screen. I'mextremely disappointed Charley's allows for this blatant falsification of promotions at a franchise!
