When it comes to fast food Chick-fil-A rinks near the top. Their food quality is clearly superior to many of their rivals. They... have a rewards program but almost never ask if you are a member or want points when you order. During my last visit they had mepull forward and then assumed I had already ordered and started taking orders from people behind me. They tried to make it rightthough when I called the store from my car to get somebody's attention. I haven?t had Chick-fil-A in 6 months and looking forward to the amazing spicy chicken sandwich and fries with Chick-fil-A sauce... and it was everything I remembered! This place really knows quality control. Thank you for such a great experience! Read more

(This only gets a five star rating because of this nice gentleman and the manager) Just got my order at 7:15 tonight. In the... middle of dinner rush. There was only one crew member at the window bringing orders to cars. This members name tag was undertheir safety vest so I didn't get his name. He was a very kind Asian gentleman who was doing his best to pass out the food. Ourdrinks were missing so we waited by the window while they were getting made and here's what we noticed. This crew member wasdoing the best he could, he was alone and the two girls right inside the window, setting food and drinks on the table for him totake to cars, were incredibly rude and disrespectful. They ignored him when he was trying to make sure he had things right.They ignored him when he asked for help. One of the girls told him to "figure it out" when he said that he accidentally gavethe wrong drinks to a car that already left. Those girls need to learn to respect their coworkers. The man saw a manager andflagged her down from outside. The manager came up and instantly helped. She had a positive attitude and when he said that thedrinks were given to the wrong car, she simply asked what was needed and made the drinks right away. This whole time thegentleman was apologizing to the cars waiting. Being patient with the rude crew members at the window. And he was overall doinga wonderful job and keeping calm. This man deserves to be acknowledged and I wish I knew his name so he can know that he isappreciated. Read more

Chick-fil-A has been a staple for my family because of the many allergies and restrictions we have had in the past including... soy, wheat, egg, and dairy and the grilled chicken products were all free of these. The soy, wheat, and egg are no longer anissue for anyone. However, all but one of us cannot have dairy. Unfortunately, the grilled chicken now has dairy in it. So mostof us can only get a fruit bowl and fries now. We will not be back. Read more

My favorite Chik-Fil-A location in greenwood. There's so many great people that work there. They're always very friendly and... welcoming. The food is fantastic, always fresh, and the lines move pretty quickly. I've had to wait a little bit, but for thefood it is totally worth it. Also, shout out to Jordan. She's awesome! As a small family owned company with deal with customer service everyday, and pride ourselves in trying to give the best... customer service! Everyone always says how great Chick-Fil-A is great with their customer service, but it is true. As acompany we order from door dash at least everyday, and we NEVER have issues when ordering from this location. It is alwaysprompt and ready for the driver, it is always correct. Today 3 of us ladies were looking forward to our delightful frostedcoffees, if you have never tried this delightful breakfast treat you are depriving yourself of major deliciousness! Anyway I wasvery sad to see that it wasn't on the door dash menu. I decided to call to see if they discontinued it or if I was just crazy. The took it off temporarily while they fixed the ice cream machine. The young lady that answered the phone was sweet enough tostop was she was doing to try to add it back to the menu just so I could place my order. About 5 minutes later I get a phonecall back on my cell phone from her telling me that she was sorry that it wouldn't let her add it back. She didn't have to calland tell me that, she also didn't have to help me get my order in just the way I wanted it. Chick-Fil-A has their stufftogether, and is able to hire amazing employees that want to give each customer good service! The drive through line was wrapped around chick fil a(but don?t let that intimidate you a line out the parking lot is only maybe... a 15 min wait here). The fries and chicken were hot/fresh.
