Second time we've given Chili's a try but it seems the food quality has gone down since Covid happened. The steaks we ordered... were more fat than meat and the shrimp were so rubbery. I called and placed a reservation for a Sunday at 6:10 pm. We still waited about 15 min when we got there. Not a big deal. Our... server was nice it was JD. He got everything we needed or asked for in a timely manner and was very polite. The issues we hadwere that we ordered our food and it took the kitchen over 40 minutes to get our food out. The food runner brought out half ofour meal which we understand the trays aren?t big enough, but if that?s the case then bring the kids meals first; every adult inthe world would be fine with their kids eating first. When the food runner brought out my husband sizziln fajitas he didn?tbring the tortillas so we had to wait for JD to come check on us; which wasn?t long thankfully(!) to get his tortillas. The foodwas good and the server was great. The wait, food runner, and kitchen definitely need some work. When the food runner doesthings like that it makes the server look bad, luckily we?ve worked in the food industry for over 10 years each and know itwasn?t his fault. Great location. Parking lot is in pretty rough shape, especially in a low riding car. Walked in to workers lounged out in booths... by the carry out entrance. We went to the front to be seated and waited a few minutes before being taken to a booth surroundedby several dirty table tops. Our server quickly took our order, kept up on drink refills and food was made perfectly to order. First impressions are everything hence the 4 star rating. Read more

I arrived ar the tail end of my time and still had to wait an extra 15 minutes to start. Then I ordered a half of Texas fries.... They were disgusting. Hard, old, not able to be eaten. How they made it out the restairant I have no clue. They were so hard, Ipulled one fry and the entire order came out the container attached to each other, hard, gross. Then I ordered loaded mashedpotatoes no chives, covered in chives and lukewarm. Then my Mexican rice missing completely. I had a 10 Oz steak with no rice.And the steak was overcooked. My Cajun pasta was fine, hard to mess that up even though it was also lukewarm, but I do live 15mins away so...I will NOT be ordering from chili's for a while. I get being short staffed and having to wait, but having to waitfor disgusting food that if u served that in restaurant u wld be laughed at is beyond ridiculous. Super fast service from our waiter for getting our food and drink refills. The food was also delicious and at a terrifically... affordable price. I ordered the 3 for $10 deal which was a soft drink, appetizer and entree. I ordered a diet coke, southwestchicken soup, and the margarita chicken. We were seated in the bar area. Masks are required.
