Chris, wife, and team you're amazing!!! Seriously, the love you put into your product makes all the difference in quality. That... attitude carries over and will continue wowing people like you did for me. Keep an eye on or use timers on those pre-made handtossed crusts so they don't arrive hard to their destinations. Order arrived 23 mins late, not a big deal as the driver was very pleasant. However, pizza had no sauce and overcooked, sandwich... had hardly any meat. Accidentally got an extra overcooked pizza we can't enjoy. Read more

I was having issues with a coupon online so I went to the store on Madison Ave and a young man named Chris helped me. I did get... my free pizza and thank you Chris for being so nice and helpful. It was nice having someone actually help instead of justdismissing me. He smiled the whole time and that made the service even better. Read more

I got a free pizza but had to pay 17 or more to get it. After watching the map 30 minutes watched it drive by 3 times. After get... the pizza it was cold and over cooked. I order a lot of pizza this experience was by far the worst. I will not be ordering fromhere again. Red barrons form the store is better and cheaper. Read more

My Favorite Dominos pizza by far. The manager Chris has excellent customer skills and always on point with the food. I would like to give some props where props is due. First off, I have never been much of a fan of Dominos Pizza, not because... their food is nasty or anything like that, but just because I have most generally always have leaned toward Pizza Hut Pizza.It?s a taste preference thing. Though I must point out, I am a huge fan of good customer service. And not the fake kind, thatyou find in a lot of fast food joints where the management forces by policy, their employees to act or say certain words orphrases to make it seem like they are genuinely interested in making sure you have a good experience at their facility,(chick-fil-a). It?s pretty easy to pick up on genuine hospitality and genuine concern for others. I would like to point out thatthis south side Dominos has given me this genuine, heartfelt customer service everytime I have been in their building.Especially the manager. Don?t know his name, yet. But this guy is down to earth and very respectable and you can see that he hasa genuine concern for the welfare of his staff and his business. I have witnessed him on more than one occasion go above andbeyond for his customers to make sure their wrongs were righted or that they had everything they needed so that when they walkedaway from his counter, they felt they had been properly squared away with respect and genuine concern. I rolled up last night atabout 12:30 am, had ordered online some lava cakes for carry out. Walked in and got the usual treatment from this manager that Ihave come to greatly appreciate and respect. Treated me like we were homeboys back in high school. I loved it. Anyway, I can?tsay this about the Pizza Hut down by Ray Skillman in Greenwood. Their customer service is POOR at best. Not overly friendly andmore business than welcoming has always been my experience there. My order was incorrect back in March of 2022, but today when I brought it up and was wondering if I had any credit on my account... for the issue still, the individual at the register mentioned not to worry about paying for today's pizza order. It was one ofthe nicest things anyone has done for me, and I think all of us need a break every once in a while with everything that wasgoing on this year (pandemic, inflation, etc).
