My Wife & I were staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Greenwood In and after an hour of checking food + delivery restaurants we... decided to choose Jack's! They had a good rating with some bad, but we decided to order a pizza from them and we're astonishedat how hot and good the pizza was! It was so good that I call back to Jack's asked for a manager and got Brenda. I wanted tomake sure that a manager knew how pleased we were to have such good and hot pizza! I bet she doesn't get many calls about howgood their product is, but I decided to change that today. Thanks to the Staff of Jack's to deliver such a delicious and hotpizza! Well what an experiance, went to order pizza and the fireworks were going on, jacks had children policing the parking... lot. waiting on my food one of the children came over to tell me i had to leave, i explained that as soon as my food is done imleaving, he continued to tell me he was going to tow my car???? What?? Then white glove towing shows up, I dared them to tow mycar, needless to say they called the cops, he came and appologized for what i just went through on jacks behalf, then theybrought my food out so i left!!! Boycott this store!! Get someone that can manage their people even the llegal 12 year old kidspolicing the parking lot in jacks shirts. Read more
I ordered the Stuffed Breadsticks, 2 orders of them.called it in,got there 5minutes later, and still sit there 23min. Waiting on... them,after they told me when I walked in it would be a few minutes that they where in the oven.so being a Pizza store Manager inthe past,I know it doesn't take that long for Breadsticks.I ask the guy working there twice to check on them and same story..SOI FINALLY GET THE ORDER,AND GET HOME TO REALISE I GOT A 5 PIECES OF PLAN BREADSTICKS NOT 6 STUFFED BREADSTICKS.. I HAD NOT HADJACKS PIZZA IN 8 YEARS AND TOLD MY WIFE SHE SHOULD TRY IT, FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH HER AND A BAD ONE FOR BOTH OF US..I NEVER LEAVEA BAD REVIEW BUT THIS PLACE NEEDED ONE. Read more
Always hot, fresh, and crispy. They are very generous with the toppings. Best pizza in greenwood by far.
This pizza place does NOT make their own crust. I like to get a pizza from here occasionally for the spices they add. Sauce... tastes like it's from tomato puree (for some people this is important to note). The boldness of the sauce goes well with thespices, and the ample amount of cheese they add though. Read more
Jack's Pizza, for me and what I like in pizza is the best there is. I choice Jack's over any other pizza chain around, it is... very good. I order from the 2 locations in Greenwood Indiana and at times, the customer service has been rude, frustrating,employees confused or "lost" when trying to pick up an order that was placed. I have called back and spoke with a manager andreceived good customer service and issue resolved. However, this is a separate issue, again as far as pizza goes, it is great.Sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, toping are always great and again, for my choice of pizza style is by far the best around. Forthose looking for a semi thin crusted, great tasting sauce, and great tasting mozzarella cheese as important ingredients to apizza, you won't be disappointed. If you are looking for the style of a deep dish, thick crusted, light sauce taste or cheeseblends on a pizza then you may not. Overall very good, 5 stars for the pizza, I would give 4 stars for service, as there havebeen issues, but for me it's the pizza that matters. Read more
Tried to order last night, the wonderful lady that answered the phone kept pushing buttons in my ear when I was trying to talk. ... I asked her repeatedly to "Please stop pushing buttons in my ear." My husband said I asked her 4-5 times to stop. She neverapologized and never stopped. Jacks missed out on a 4 pizza order! If she didn't want to work, she should have called in, orquit so someone that wants to work has the chance! I called at 7:17 PM and was on call exactly 2 minutes. Wish I could speak toa manager! We are long time, very regular customers, but our experience last night was very upsetting. This was the first time in 6 years... that I've ever had to call and even check on our order so I was not at all prepared for the lying and hostility I received. Wegot an email at 848pm that the order had left the building, per Google maps we are 1.8miles from the store, at 916pm (30 minslater), I called to make sure everything was okay. The guy on the phone did warn me the manager was in the bathroom andapologized for the hold until they could check on my order. He came back on the line and said the map shows the driver should bethere any minute. I asked if they checked in with him, made sure he's not lost or broke down, or truly about to be there, hesaid he did have more than 1 delivery to make but he was almoat to our stop. After a 10 min phone call he finally put themanager on the phone. All she wanted to do was lie and get me off the phone, not 1 time did she apologize or offer to make itright in anyway. First she said "we're busy, orders take awhile, he's about to be there". When I tried to explain my food hasbeen sitting in his car for almost 45 mins at this point she gave me her first lie, said those emails go out before the driveractually leaves, he just left 10 mins ago. So I let her know the previous gut already told me he was making multiple deliveriesat once so that's not true. "Yea, we're busy, our drivers do 2-3 deliveries at a time". Okay then if he's about to be here I'dlike to wait on the phone to make sure the foods still hot otherwise I'm going to need a refund. "I can't wait on the phoneuntil he shows up" but if hes about to pull up you wouldn't actually be waiting right. "It took 10 mins just to get you on thephone, so he's been about to pull up for at least 10 mins now, again we're right down the street from the shop, somethingswrong".
