Incorrect delivery...the driver allowed one of my sandwiches to fall onto his floorboards, so it was not initially delivered. ... THEN, they decide its ok to deliver a sandwich that has been sitting on the floor of their drivers car. Really? Am notimpressed. Read more

Instead of rushing they need to slow down a bit and get the orders 100% correct. Speed means nothing without accuracy. I?m... missing items and they?re listed plain as day on the receipt. This isn?t rocket science. Read more

I don?t normally post reviews..PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. I specifically went there for the ICE? AFTER I threw up my ice water, I... opened my lid, and there it is! Some dirty GUNK in my ice ? What makes this situation worse is I called them and the MANAGERDIDNT APOLOGIZE! He told me ?I?ll get it cleaned for ya? as if I?m still there. I'M ALREADY GONE. I used to love this location but unfortunately, I don?t think that I will be ordering from here again. The last 6? yes 6 times,... no straw was added with my drink. They?ve forgotten my drink before. This last time, it had been out for delivery for over 40minutes, I called to check in it and they said they are still waiting for it to be made. The guy seemed a little clueless orconfused. Get it together, people. I know times are tough right now but if you can?t accommodate your customers, use bettercustomer service at the least. Read more

I have ordered from this jimmy johns for years and never had a problem until today. I ordered a sandwich and chips at 11:45am... and by 2:30pm I had not received my food. When I called to ask about my order, I was told that someone had sent a message to methat my food was canceled. I never received any such message. THEN I was told someone from my cell number called and canceledthe order, which also never happened. I was never reimbursed or offered any way to make the situation right. I couldn?t believeit.
