The fairly new remodel in this store has changed the entire feel of this store. Great update to this busy spot. Love the big... round table btw. Ordered for take out 12 wings, 2 chicken breasts, one cole slaw side, and one mashed potato side. Paid $29.19 and could not get... a receipt. A gentleman eating at a table said their receipt machine has been broken for over a year. Got home and found onechicken breast, one thigh instead of 2 chicken breasts. Instead of 12 wings we got one wing and 11 half party wings that arehalf wings. Everything was supposed to be original recipe but the wings and half wings were extremely hot and spicy. We splitthe one breast and one wing and threw everything in the trash. I can see why no receipt is given to make returning the foodimpossible. DO NOT GO TO KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN. Read more

Go to KFC for fried chicken at 5:30pm and it will take them 19 minutes to cook some chicken that is original u said what about... extra crispy the response Oh that will be longer. Now unless they had a rush then why do you have ZERO fried chicken cooked at5:30?? Won't be going back Read more

My husband and I went to get dinner. He went inside because the drive thru was not an option. If I could give a 0, I absolutely... would. Our food was cold, old, and chewy. $20 bucks down the drain for 2 people. We had to go to Culver's and spend more $ toget a hot, fresh dinner. Shame on KFC. Instead of ever being acceptable, you just keep getting worse and that stems from poormanagement. Read more

Tonight I pulled up to drive through & was told it would be a 30 minute wait for chicken. Last week I pulled up to drive through... & was told there are only 2 people working so I would have to come inside to place my order. So I did & then was told thatbecause it was 7:30 (the store is open until 10:00pm) that they don?t drop any new chicken for frying. They had no Extra crispychicken. REALLY!!! Someone needs to open a KFC in Greenwood. This one is incapable of being a fast food restaurant! Read more

First I pull up to the speaker, I am told they are limited on chicken. I say what about chicken bowls, oh that?s not the chicken... I?m referring to. I Oder 2 chicken bowls, 2 large coleslaw, pull up to the window and the manager is telling the new lady u dowhat you want for the 16 piece but u going to have a lot of ppl passed off without any chicken for the next hour. I get pulledto the side, I go back to the window on foot (no one was in the drive through) I asked for a sweet tea and got unsweetened. Theygave me a coke in exchange. I get my chicken bowls and they torn the chicken into mini pieces to put in the bowl, barely anygravy and no gravy in one. 25 dollars on a meal they wouldn?t have paid for themselves. It?s a shame! Waited 25 mins in the drive tru to place the order. We ordered for a large Popcorn chicken and got very small portion of popcorn... chicken served in a small fries container!! I went inside to talk to the crew and they said this is LARGE!!!! . Attaching thephotos for your reference. This place has a issue with customer service. We ordered a $56 order online, and were greeted with a line that wrapped around... the building. We arrived before closing however, they closed the dining room. We tried to call the store after 30min, to cancelour order, however we got nothing put dial tone. We called the corporate number too and after following the prompts, it wouldring then go silent then disconnect. They had 6 people working inside so the understaffed claim is a joke. When we made it tothe speaker box, we told them our name and requested fresh fries for the order, due to us sitting in line for 1hr. We werequickly told no, the order was made. They also refused to give us a physical receipt. We opted to check our order before we leftand by the grace of God, we didn't even have fries in our bag. The young man at the window was calm and fetched us a fresh fryafter us proving the fry was not in the bags. After getting home and going through the meal more, we found that they didn't addour extra piece of chicken, we received none of the 3 cookies that were supposed to be in the order and subbed our largecoleslaw out for mashpotatos and gravy, and didn't even tell us. I love KFC, but not this type of service. I will be going toPopeye's in the future for better service......???? Read more
