As far as taking orders this team has that down but on delivering food this team failed. After waiting 15-20min for a carry out... I felt I was waiting a little long but didn?t think too much of it considering most the staff was standing around at the frontcounter I assumed my food would be done soon only to find out my food had been sitting at the ready section for some time. Noneof the staff had the decency to say anything they just watched us sit there and watched our order sit there. Read more
My best friend and I went for lunch around 1:15 after running errands and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. We had chicken... tortilla soup and tea, and the staff was friendly and came by to check on us a few times. Very good experience! Read more
I love McAlister?s, but my experience here was horrible today. I ordered online for pickup, which said that my order should be... ready by 2:45 PM. I waited 10 additional minutes and after no one even acknowledged me, I went to the counter to inquire aboutmy food. The older women working did everything BUT assist me; however, when another woman went up to the counter to ask formore ice in her beverages, she was more than willing to assist her. Finally, after taking other people there food and doing acouple of other things, a young lady finally acknowledges me. I let her know that I had been waiting 10 minutes for my order. Ofcourse, it was just sitting behind the counter. No apologies for the inconvenience and she just set my food down and walkedaway. I should have checked my food before I left as well. When I arrived home, of course my sandwich was cold and my salad waswrong. I asked for a grilled chicken salad, no cheese, and the merlot dressing. I received a garden salad with cheese and honeymustard dressing. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. They really need to do better. Read more
Usually have no problems with this McAllisters but this time the sandwich was awful. Burnt turkey (I got the smoky pepper jack... sandwich with Mac and cheese). The max and cheese was curdled. My daughter and I both ordered the same thing. She barely touchedhers while I had to pick mine apart. $20+ down the drain. Read more
The staff here is amazing! My food is always done so fast and almost always accurate. Whenever I do have problems the manager... there named Brad is particularly helpful. Love this place! Read more

I have always liked The food, today well not so good. First time ordering Mac and cheese which is cold. I tried ordering steam... broccoli and cheese which I?ve gotten before at several locations. The Italian sandwich well let?s say looks can be deceiving. The order taker was a bit long winded, I guess that would be okay but when you inform them you are on lunch break and need tohurry doesn?t mean continue for several minutes talking about why they can?t put cheese on broccoli. My mom and I went to lunch this afternoon. My mom ordered a country potato soup. Her soup came out smelling absolutely awful and... was most definitely spoiled. We asked one of the employees to tell their manager about it and to check the rest of the soup inthe pot for the safety of the other customers. We waited 10 to 15 minutes and no one ever returned to check on us. I went to thecounter to ask if the employee had talked to the manager. The employee simply replied, " yes and they threw it out." She offeredto get my mom another soup but my mom was hesitant to after how awful that one was. It is frustrating that no one, especiallythe manager, came to address the issue and come talk to us. My mom ended up not eating anything and lost 6 dollars to a soup shedidn't even take an entire bite of. Read more
