We went to Stones Crossing Rd. The experience was going good at first. Got all stuff and sat down to eat. My daughter had gotten... a quarter pounder. After a bite she discovered it wasn't done. Took it to the counter. Told her they'd fix her a new one. So shecame back to the table. Ate her french fries. Then said she was just to full so she was going to get the money back for thesandwich. When she got to the counter discovered the sandwich had been sitting on the counter for awhile. It was totally cold.Took our things and left. Read more
Took 30 minutes to get our food. Had 3 happy meals and 2 hamburgers. No one apologized for the wait. Food wasn't hot.
Okay first the lady taking our order stopped at the first item and then told us to pull up then proceeded to take the person... behind me order... then we asked for the manager and he was respectful but no apology for his employee disrespecting us likethat. And when we were waiting for our order we seen a cashier scratch her head with a cup and proceeded to poor coffee and takeit to the customer... yes we told the manager. He just told us he would talk to her. Nothing else. And once we got our order wehad missing items and cold dry food.... I know some places make mistakes but this is multiple with one customers order. Sowhoever got the coffee Tuesday October 4th between 8-830pm someone scratched your cup on their head and face. If someone fromhealth department were to have been there for an order that place would have been immediately hit. Read more
The people who work there need to focus more on their jobs and not talking to everyone else when there are customers to be cared... for. This is the third time in 2 weeks I have been to this location and ordered a sausage mcgriddle and they forgot the sausage!And that was the only thing ordered, so it shouldn't be that hard Read more

They need more help. They used to be great a few years ago. There's always a line, there's always a wait, and then you wait... after you pay and get a portion of your order. Bring in some great trainers and give service excellence to your loyalcustomers. Read more
