Absolutely fantastic meal! The butter chicken was on point. Some of the best I've ever had. My friend had the goat Biryani and... he was impressed as well. The service here is absolutely phenomenal ended up getting a free cauliflower appetizer and a freeIndian drink as well. highly recommend everyone should visit this place and according to a manager/owner they will be remodelingit very soon as well! We tracked down Mumbai Grill, in search of Indian food, on the very last day of our Road Trip. It's an Indian/Pakistani... restaurant and without a doubt, their knack is Lamb delicacies. It was perfectly cooked, the gravy was spiced and had all theauthentic flavors. Our order also consisted of Samosa Chaat, Dal Makhani and Garlic Naan. Samosa Chaat was a bit too dry buttasted good. Dal makhani was just ok, wasn't at all creamy. The Garlic naan was super soft and delicious. Their staff isfriendly and the restaurant wasn't too busy either. we stopped on our way to Chicago from Luisville for a take away. Goat korma was delicious. Samosa chat was ok so was dal... makhni. they have plenty of seating and a strange meat shop right in the restaurant. The place could be a bit cleaner than itis, but overall the food was satisfactory. I would stopby again if i take that route. Read more
The place itaelf isn't much to look at, but it was clean. We liked the food. I had goat briyini and my husband had a chicken... dish. We also ordered tandorri naan. I would rate this place higher, but we had a few issues. 1) When we came in we didn'trealize we were to seat ourselves. 2) Workers were sitting in the dining room on their phones. 3) We discovered rice is NOTincluded with the meal, it needs to be ordered separately. 4) The server(s) never really checked on us. We had to ask for awater refill. 5) We didn't know who brought the bill. Apparently, you pay at the front. 6) There are no drinks on the menu butthere are some at a case by the door. 7) There were bones in my food which made it a kittle hard to eat around. It was stillyummy, just awkward. Overall, we would eat the food again. Most likely in a take out situation. It's worth giving it a try. Read more
Serving sizes were small for the price paid. We asked for mild but both dishes were very hot. Also you have to order rice with... the entree. Definitely not worth the price we paid. We will not be ordering from them again. Read more
