On the day we went the drinks machine had leaked all the over floor, it was like a river. Didn?t look like it had even attempted... to be cleaned up. I really like the work ethic of the one lady that was doing all of the work and the other one just stood there telling the other... one what to do but would not help. They were out of lettuce, which is sad. But it happens sometimes. When I walked in, I gotlooked at like, what are you doing here. I am not sure if I will go back or not. Time will tell. Read more
Had an extremely sub-par experience at this Qdoba location. We arrived an hour and a half before close and although there was no... line behind us, the staff completely rushed us down the line. It was to the point where we couldn?t even finish what we weresaying before they moved on to the next question/ingredient. It was extremely rude and off putting. Not to mention, they werepractically throwing the ingredients in the bowls and I ended up with sour cream soup because he carelessly doused my bowl withit. I got the impression that they were trying to clean up and close early. I was also extremely disappointed that they wereout of fajita vegetables and were not in the process of making new ones. I will be contacting the health department to inspect this location. The workspaces are absolutely filthy (they were dragging... the bowls through queso and other spilled ingredients). The counter top looked like it hadn't been wiped down for at least for24 hours. I would be surprised if the employees were practicing food safety with the way they quite literally throw the foodaround, never mind the servere lack of customer service. I wish I could replace this poor excuse for a Qdoba with a Chipotle. Iwill be driving the extra 5 minutes to Chipotle from now on. Yuck. Seriously how hard is it to put the food INTO the bowl?! This is the only post after multiple bad experiences at this location. The hours state this location closes at 10 pm. I was... there at 8:50pm and alI items had already been either completely gone or small amounts of what was left over placed in smallplastic bags on the counter. All the chairs were up on tables with no exceptions. I asked for a protein bowl. The person who wastaking my order was extremely displeased which showed in his demeanor and face. I was informed they were out of black beans andlettuce. I asked for pickled onions and sourcream and was told they were out. When I got to the register, I couldn?t help butask if I was mistaken or if they closed at 10 pm. I questioned why their food choices looked like they were already closed rightnow and my protein bowl looked half empty. I was told that there was a rush and they ran out, some workers tend to overfillbowls so that?s why I wasn?t used to seeing it the way they were giving it to me, all restaurants do that (put items awayearly). The manager who wouldn?t even come out from hiding behind the partition wall in the kitchen wouldn?t give a discount orattempt to make it right in any way ( a heartfelt sorry , or explanation, or a complimentary drink or chips would have sufficed)because several items were missing from my dish. The attitude and service were terrible. Never coming back and recommend to stayaway. Took my money to Chick-fil-A right after that where I got a hot meal and a smile of the girls who took and deliveredexactly what I ordered to me, while they they also close at 10 pm. Read more
This place got better for a while and is now in the s*hole again. I expect more from a $9 salad. Ingredients are missing (fajita... veggies, guacamole, 2 cheeses - at least), filled with liquid and the lettuce is severely lacking - for a SaLaD!! Wasn?t readywhen for pickup when it said it should and workers originally said they didn?t have my order. Place needs to get it together andowner definitely needs to be more involved. It was late, the weather was cold, the restaurant was rather empty, Brock was very helpful and inviting. He was very authentic... and helpful with making our order.
