Got to rallys at 1245am on September 24th/25th had 4 cars infront of me by the time I got to the menu to order it was 1252 and... the red headed lady said sorry just took the last order since we are closed, I replied its not even 1am yet(the time they close)its 1254 she says our clocks say 101am. I guess moral of the story is don't show up at 1245 or later bad management. You'd thinka business would want to make money Read more
We ordered 2 of their chicken boxes, I think they were called. Basically it was some chicken bites and fries with choice of... dipping sauce. The chicken could have had a little more flavor but overall they were fine for what it was and the fries werefresh and hot with a decent taste. This was nothing special but what do you expect for drive thru fast food right? We ate it andwere satisfied and this was the goal. Will I go back? Sure if I'm driving, hungry and Rallys is right there I'll stop by again.This is the first time I'd stopped at any Rallys in close to 20 years since the last time had been in Terre Haute at the Rallyson 3rd and Wabash where I had a car load of children and needed to feed them quickly and inexpensively. The food for thechildren was as ordered BUT my burger left a lot to be desired, namely the burger patty...there was none. YES believe it or notmy burger had the condiments I had requested BUT no burger patty. Unfortunately this wasn't noticed until we were way down theroad, far enough that it wasn't worth the gas to turn around and go back, wait in line and then HOPE they believed me cozfrankly I almost didn't believe me and it was MY dinner. Anyway I'd avoided eating at Rallys for some 20 years because of this.The reason Rallys was picked this time around was simply because it was on the same side of the road we were traveling on inrush hour and had I gone to a place across the street it would have been nearly impossible to cross back over in all that bumperto bumper traffic, as well as the fact my grandson said it would be ok. I ordered door dash. Order was missing an item. I drove up there around midnight. Employees were arguing in the kitchen. Asked... the box for the manager I spoke to. Rudely was told to go to the other window. Drove to the other side. Remade what was missing.The chicken sandwich was cold in the center. Didn't ask for that to be remade, becasue at this point I was done. Being 18 weekspregnant, I had to get out of the car and walk around to the window becasue no one would walk to food out. I remember this placebeing better. Hopefully it's changed by now. Read more
If you are a rewards member, don't bother trying to use them here. Had a coupon for the new XL fry that literally has an... expiration on it and couldn't use it. Was also greeted with a very long list of items that the restaurant was out of. You'dthink that if your rewards members came to show you a reward that expires within a day, you'd have some way to honor the rewardand keep your customers coming back. Sadly this is the closest Rally's, and was also the most disappointing. Read more
It was ok. Order taker great. Window server just ok. Food was good, especially the banana shake. It was a hot day.
Chicken not fully cooked, and food cold. I don't expect any fast food establishment to deliver food that looks like the photos,... but serving undercooked chicken is dangerous. Someone needs to 'get it together' at Rallys. This is not the first incident, andI'm wondering how this chain has fallen into such disarray over the past few years. Edit: In response to the reply from Rallys,we had already reached out, and were offered a $5 coupon. While this is something, I feel like the last thing I want to do isimmediately rush back for more after our last experience. The milk shake wasn?t even good it taste like liquid on the strawberry shake. Food wasn?t even done all the way on the cheese... sticks and the chicken sandwich was very hard to bite in to. Read more
